Very Beautiful Villa for a group of Friends. I would rate it 9/10.

Pros: The Villa was beautiful. 5 spacious rooms with balcony for all. Modern Kitchen, Spacious Living room with big TV. Huge and Clean Swimming Pool. Huge Lawn area very well Maintained. Nice view at rear side of villa. Easy access to the Villa.

Cons: We faced some water issue while taking shower. Very less water pressure and no hot water. Later it was fixed by technician. Limited amount of cutlery.

Pros: Le propriétaire était très serviable, très compréhensif je recommande. Gros plus, on avait une Nani : Tata Fatima qui était super sympa et adorable. Rien à dire ! Le gardien Aziz aussi très sympathique, je recommande vraiment ce logement La maison est à 25 min max du centre de Marrakech mais ça vaut vraiment le coup.

Pros: Villa spacieuse, 5 chambres avec salle de bain, grand jardin, belle piscine. Bornes d'arcade à l'étage Nous avions rajouté la préparation des repas par Fatima, digne d'un service hôtelier

Cons: Entretien du jardin qui pourrait être amélioré et quelques petites réparations à prévoir dans la maison (poignées de porte, détartrage des pommeaux de douche). Pas assez de vaisselle. Manque quelques rideaux.
