Riad Of The Storks

Perfect location, manager, facilities!

Pros: Mohamed, the riad manager, was so helpful and friendly. We arrived very late at the Riad but he still had a wonderful dinner prepared for us. All of the rooms were very comfortable, with their own en-suite bathrooms (and great water pressure). They also had air-conditioning, which was crucial considering the very warm temperatures outside on the days we were there. I loved the fact it was so close to Jemaa el-Fnaa Square, El Badi Palace, etc. and to plenty of shops but the road itself is located in a less claustrophobic area of Marrakech. There were plenty of keys so residents can go in and out as they please, and don’t have to coordinate who has the keys.

Cons: I felt the rooms were a little dim and could use more lighting

Highly recommended Riad with excellent staff

Pros: Everything! We were a group of 5 and had the Riad for private use. Excellent location, we walked to all main attractions. Karim and the staff really made a difference with their fantastic service. We asked to organise a dinner and breakfast and both were excellent for a very reasonable price. Everything we asked was well organised, from airport taxis to booking a hamman and massage. I will stay here again when I come back to Marrakech and can strongly recommend this place, specially if you are coming with a group.

Cons: Everything was perfect!

Pros: The staff were extremely flexible and helpful. We felt very supported, comfortable, and taken care of! We rebooked the same Riad for a second time during our stay when we returned to Marrakech from our tour of the Sahara, and we would absolutely come back again!

Cons: We could have used a couple more bath towels, but that was a very minimal issue!

Excellent value and location

Pros: Karim and the team are all very welcoming, happy to assist with anything you need.... the breakfast is very good value. The location is perfect for exploring the Medina etc, all within easy walking distance.

Cons: All was fine, though the rooftop tub could've done with being heated! 😁

Perfect Moroccan experience and host Omar

Pros: From the very beginning until the last moments of our trip the hospitality was 5-star. Omar organized an amazing experience for all of us. He prepared a traditional Moroccan dinner and breakfast. The host paid attention to every little detail and took care of us every step of our trip. It was an amazing experience and we recommend it to everyone who wants to feel the Moroccan spirit. شكراً جزيلاً

A stunning property with the kindest host in all of Morocco!!

Pros: Beautiful Riad in a great location, close to lovely restaurants and landmarks. Riad of the Storks was truly a home away from home. Omar, our host treated us as more than paying guests. He treated us as members of his extended family. His service was second to none and he always went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. No request was too big and he was always on hand to help, be it restaurant recommendations, endless cups of tea and glasses of orange juice, arranging taxis and even sourcing a printer so we could print our passes! Superb, unbeatable service. We can’t wait to come back one day! Thank you Omar, from the bottom of our hearts!

Cons: We loved everything about the property!!!

Pros: The riad is excellent, the breakfast is fantastic, typical Moroccan. Omar is an excellent host, who will welcome you with great tea and will be able to help you with any problems or requests you may have. We opted for a dinner prepared by Omar, an experience that catapults you right into Moroccan culture. The riad is clean, and cozy. It is hard to find better

An enriching experience

Pros: Oma was a wonderful host. Ensured we had a comfortable stay. Shared with us his experiences, enriching our understanding of Moroccan culture and tradition.

Cons: Hot showers for all the rooms although Oma did his best to ensure this.

Pros: Kasper just made us feel like home :) He has amazing Friends that can always help you with everything. Riad is cozy, in great location and you can feel the real climate of Morocco. Recommend!
