Pros: The perfect place to explore Marrakech. Quiet, clean and the most friendly staff you can imagine.

Cons: Can’t put a finger on anything.

Beautiful, authentic Riad in a central but quiet location with the best staff

Pros: Beautifully decorated Riad with traditional Moroccan charm. Spotlessly clean and quiet location but in walking distance to all attractions. Plentiful breakfast and option for snacks and mint tea during the day. The real highlight of our stay was the staff, Mourad and Ahmed went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. They arranged taxis, carried our luggage, greeted us with tea and snacks on arrival, gave us recommendations and spoke fantastic English! Also need to mention the four beautiful cats that live at the Riad who greeted us each morning. We loved our stay here and can’t recommend enough!

Beautiful and quiet

Pros: The Riad was lovely and quiet. Breakfast was great, beds were very comfy and the staff are delightful.

Cons: The only issues were created by the unusually cold weather and heavy rain so unavoidable by the establishment. We were quite cold in our room and in the building.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic location. I can't say nothing wrong about this Riad. Definitely I come back.

Pros: Beautiful riad, really friendly staff and lovely rooftop to have breakfast in the mornings. It was a very peaceful stay.

Cons: The shower hose/head didn’t have a stand which made showering awkward. The water was also extremely hot or cold.

Pros: A calmer area in the Medina, which was nice after a whole day of noises, people, impressions etc. Super friendly hosts, clean and we are super content with the Riad. Can warmly recommend it!

Nice riad inside medina

Pros: Honest price considering the position, services and the support of the staff. I booked last minute this riad for new year's eve and I've been impressed by the beauty of the place, the gentleness of the staff and the great breakfast offered in the morning. Great location, inside of medina, close to the core of it but also in a quiet area.

Cons: Room was quite small for two persons

Pros: Excellent location, calmer at Kasbah, yet gives full experience of Medina. The staff was exceptional , very warm and welcoming and wanting to ensure that your holiday is great. Laila & Morad will ensure that you make most of Marrakech, and Ahmed & Latifa ensured our stay was comfortable. The rooms are clean and housekeeping is very good. We would highly recommend Riad Clef d'Orient for a Marrakech holiday

Beautiful Riad

Pros: 10 out of 10 for your beautiful 'Riad' and exceptional service from you and all your lovely staff; above and beyond. We felt so much at home. We were treated like family and that was so much appreciated by us. As you know we celebrated our 70th birthday while there and the presence of a birthday cake on return to our room was such a really thoughtful and delightful surprise. Thank you A big thank you to Ahmed who is one of a kind. We enjoyed his friendly service, attention to detail and insightful chats. Thanks Ahmed.
