Marrakech hidden Gem

Pros: Riad Jaia really is a hidden gem in Marrakech. Beautiful riad with amazing staff, breakfast was varied and plentiful the best you can get, rooms are cleaned daily, short walk to all focal points, staff go above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Cons: Nothing to dislike

Pros: Breakfast is varied and fresh,the rooms are super clean. Mohammed the manager had an eye on all details to make sure we had a good stay. Thenk you very much! We'll absolutely come back.

Pros: Staff, especially Mohamed, was very polite and helpful. The decoration feels modern and up to date, with a nice bohemian concept. We had an issue with a blocked bathroom, and they fixed it very quickly. After resolving the problem, they also cleaned the room without us asking, which I appreciated. The breakfast was superb. I requested breakfast to be served downstairs due to my mom’s mobility issue, and they were very accommodating. I personally enjoyed my breakfast at the rooftop. The location is also great, close to tourist attractions.

Cons: There was some renovation and painting work during our stay. However, they did inform us in advance, and it wasn’t a big issue since we were mostly there just to sleep. The room space was a bit limited, likely because I booked the basic room. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and would recommend it.

A perfect stay in Marrakesh, right in the Medina - a wonderfully designed Riad with great staff!

Pros: This is a fantastic Riad, beautifully designed, brand-new. The manager is amazing and friendly and also all the staff there were wonderful and trying to make my stay as pleasant as possible, including some special requests like leaving my bag at the Riad for a few days. The location is great, it is right 10 minutes walk from the famous el-Fnaa Marketplace. The breakfast is really really good, everyday something new and original, and fruits ! If I come back to Marrakesh, I will definitely try to get a room here again. Clear recommendation!

Cons: This Riad is not easy to find and Google Maps will not show you the correct way. (There is a wall that google will ask you to go through). Just send them an Email / Whatsapp and ask them to send you a map or very clear direction, so you find your way to this Riad.

A gem in Marrakesh

Pros: This property is amazing, it’s new, it’s clean, the staff are very helpful and friendly and communicate through the app well, the breakfast is amazing, the riad is a little difficult to find at first, but do not be worried or scared going through the streets to get to it, it’s completely safe, they will help guide you and even meet you, then it’s the surprise when you open the door, amazing stay!

Pros: Cosy, very nice design, spacious, clean and good location. Ohhz and breakfast was perfect

Beautiful stay in Marrakech, feeling at home!

Pros: I did like everything about my staying at JAIA. Since the first moment the staff was very kind and helpful. The give map to reach the Riad was very useful. I got a bit lost but then I called and the came right away to help us find the way. Very very warm welcoming and friendly staff. We really felt at home. Also, the Riad is brand new and BEAUTIFUL. There are no words to describe how much care there is in every detail of the place and they treatment. They were also super kind with the airport transfer and for finding a dinner place. I’d 100% recommend to stay at JAIA’s and especially to get to know the amazing people that work there. Tanmert!

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect!

A warm, welcoming stay with exceptional hospitality and delicious breakfast definitely a must-visit.

Pros: The staff are some of the sweetest, most hospitable people I have ever met. They are very accommodating and helpful, and they always try their best to make your stay memorable. I am a pure vegetarian, and it can be challenging to find suitable food in Morocco, but they would give me extra pancakes, fruit, and other vegetarian options so I wouldn’t go hungry at breakfast. The breakfast itself was a 10/10. My partner and I love staying in lavish properties, and we almost always choose IHG or other resorts, but this time we wanted to experience true Moroccan hospitality, and the people here did not disappoint! We will definitely stay with them again if we visit Marrakesh. I just wish they upload more photos on the website for people to see how beautiful and Marrakech-inspired their riad is. It’s a fairly new property that opened just six months ago, and it absolutely deserves the love.
