Pros: The staff is amazing. We enjoyed to the max their breakfast! Although it's in the busy part of the Medina there was no noise, we had a relaxing stay.

Cons: They need to renovate the bathroom (although there is seems to be a general issue in Morocco) and the floor was not clean.

Superb location! Friendly helpful staff! Lovely traditional Riad

Pros: What a beautiful Riad! We had a lovely few nights here. Perfect location 5 minutes from the main square we were greeted at the airport prearranged by Balkisse on my request. And they arranged a taxi on our return. And even made sure we had an early breakfast before we departed. The staff could not do enough for us very friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towel’s and bedding.

Cons: The bathroom in our room could do with being upgraded it was in need of refurbishment but everything worked ok. Building work was being carried out right next to the Riad it would if been nice to been told about this prior to booking, it was very noisy but didn’t overly disturb us as works did not start until 10ish most mornings.

Pros: The riad is close to the square and other facilities for easy access. The staffs are so welcoming and friendly especially Abdul. Abdul made my stay very easy and relaxing, always ready to help.

Everything perfect

Pros: The team is extraordinary and the all them are very available and attentive. We had to leave later than the scheduled time for breakfast and, even so, they prepared something for us to eat. The food is fabulous, the space is clean and quite.

Pros: The Staff were wonderful Miriam especially was brilliant in every way it was excellent value for money Thank you so much

Cons: Sadly, the water in the Shower in our bedroom ( which was excellent in every other way ) did not run away quickly thus leaving a smell The Staff put in these candle burners which covered up the smell In every other way we were delighted Thank you again
