Riad Challa Hotel & Spa

Pros: The staff was amazing! They were all very kind and helpful. We had a small problem with our shower that was fixed immediately.

Cons: There was a little bit of confusion over breakfast, often the plates and the food was missing/being cooked

Loved it here! Would come back!

Pros: Loved the inner courtyard, the rooftop terrace and the staff were very welcoming

Cons: Noise was a bit of an issue at 6am. No sign outside of hotel, so walked past it 3 times, which was a bit unnerving late at night with a suitcase.

Pros: It's a nice place, close to the medina. The poool was very nice and breakfast ok. For the price is good.

Cons: Very dark room and as it was closed to the reception we had a lot of noise

Pros: Easy access by taxi, close to medina, nice heated swimming pool, laptop safe in the room, friendly staff

Cons: Bathroom has plumbing problems, shower splashes everywhere, smelly

Pros: During my seven-day stay in Morocco, I slept in a five-star hotel, a tent, and also in this riad. What truly stood out was the hospitality, which was on an incredible level. The receptionists Rachad, Achraf, and another gentleman who worked the night shift (his name also starts with an “A,” unfortunately I can’t recall it) were amazing. Unfortunately, I had to leave very early in the morning and didn’t get a chance to use the massage service, but my friend who stayed said it was an excellent experience. In any case, I would definitely come back again. The location is great, and the staff is extremely kind and welcoming.

Cons: The water in the bathroom is cold, and you need to wait around five minutes for the hot water to start. I’m not sure if this is something that can be improved, but it would be nice if it could be addressed, especially since quite a lot of water is wasted while waiting for it to heat up.

Pros: As I mentioned in my previous stay, the staff are exceptional. Polite, helpful, always ready with a smile. Great team. Location great. Clean. Nice little touch with a spa and pool.

Cons: Breakfast could have been better with more variety. Sometimes rather noisy.

Pros: The location is excellent. The staff are kind, helpful and polite. I adore Amine. The spa and pool add a nice touch, although it was rather chilly to actually go in.

Cons: It was rather noisy at times and some things could probably be updated.

Very nice and comfortable just a little struggle at first to finding it .staff was friendly and helpful.

Pros: Nice and clean rooms ,staff are very friendly and helpful.however if the put a big sign board on the Main Street so people can get it easily.

Cons: The break fast was not very nice . They should served all the food hot or they should used hot plates but unfortunately we tried early in morning it was cold then we tried late morning same situation.so they should keep eyes on their menu and serving.and also they can give more variety.

A Beautiful Riad

Pros: Location was great, staff were lovely, riad had beautiful decor.

Cons: Our room was a little small for opening suitcase etc. and bathroom was tight, but it was fine!
