Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this property and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech. The riad is beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and equipped with all the necessary facilities to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. Every detail reflects great care and attention. The staff is very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you to Valerie, who is a truly amazing host. She provides all the information and support you may need and goes above and beyond to make sure your experience in Marrakech is as enjoyable and seamless as possible. Her recommendations were extremely helpful. The atmosphere of the property is peaceful and authentic, offering the perfect retreat after a busy day exploring the vibrant city. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay and would definitely return.

An outstanding place which we can’t recommend highly enough.
Pros: This was the most outstanding stay we’ve ever had. Riad Cherrata is exceptional. The location, on a tranquil street away from the hustle and bustle of the souks and within 5 mins’ walk from the Jamaa el-Fnaa (main square), was perfect. The riad is absolutely beautiful, with pristine, peaceful, cool rooms, hand-sculpted bathrooms, rooftop terraces with amazing views over Marrakesh and the Atlas Mountains, and a breakfast / salon area with a gurgling plunge pool. The breakfasts were delicious, with freshly squeezed orange juice, home made yoghurt and pancakes, fresh bread, fruit, and excellent coffee. But best of all were the people. There really are no words to say how lovely they were. Speak to the housekeepers, allow Valérie to help you plan your stay, and you will find all you dreamed of, and more, in this amazing city.

Fantastic escape from hustle and bustle of Marrakesh streets.
Pros: Valerie is an excellent host. Her team dedicated and always polite. Will definitely come back.
Cons: Liked it all. Just a little strange that there was no doors to the bathroom .. I guess the design of the riad’s rooms did not allow it. Beautiful room though.

Pros: The riad is very clean. They change towels, robes, and bedsheets everyday. The location is near the tourist spots. They serve nice breakfast with variety of breads, pancakes, fruits, and jams. But their greatest asset was their service. Valerie, Sadia, and the other staff were very accomodating, caring, and kind. They will give you map so you can be familiarize with the area and not be lost. They will give you tips where to eat, to shop, and to do activity. They will give you local phone that you can use to call their partnered taxi, and with the list of taxi fare. It is very handy because you don't have to hail taxi and to negotiate with the driver. Valerie is very accomodating as she communicated with me days before our trip. They let us borrow flat iron and adaptors so we don't have to buy. Riad Cherrata is very homey and safe.

Pros: Beautiful Riad in a good central location. The hostess and her team were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and they kept it immaculately clean. We were travelling as a group of 4 friends and had the whole place to ourselves which was lovely. Highly recommended as an excellent base for visiting Marrakech.

Fantastic stay!
Pros: A beautiful, quiet and tidy riad, located just a 10 min walk from Jeema el-Fnaa. Valèrie, Sadia, and the rest of the personnel are very kind and warm people. We greatly appreciate their hospitality.
