Pros: The generosity and care provided by the staff, particularly Hamza, was first class. As a solo female traveller I was careful about choosing where to stay for my first visit to Marrakech. Riad Botanica were so reassuring and responsive with everything, from their initial emails discussing my stay to the WhatsApp check ins they provided during my trip. They kindly organised my efficient and safe transport from the airport. They also even helped me organise emergency healthcare treatment. I felt so safe and supported. The riad itself is gorgeous and serene, just minutes away from the bustling Souks. I also dined at the riad for breakfast and one evening meal. The food was delicious and the staff so attentive. I would without hesitation book to stay here again if return to Marrakech.

Great place to stay in Marrakesh

Pros: Great location - walking distance to all sites. Staff were all lovely and welcoming, especially Hamza.

Cons: The rooms were not soundproof and we woke up a few times during the night to outside noise.

Pros: Everything about our stay here was perfect. The Riad is beautiful, like a tranquil little piece of heaven. The room was comfortable and decorated so tastefully, the courtyard and the roof terrace both wonderful places to sit and relax with a cup of mint tea! Hamza looked after us so well and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious too.

Pros: The Riad is amazing, created with a lots of love. Armin, the entire team, and Red1 were extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast was great. No matter what you needed, they were always there to help. Highly recommended!

Cons: I personally prefer a softer bed but that’s personal preference, the rest of our party of 6 loved the beds
