compared to previous stay in another Riad. this Riad was very quit and relaxing. no scooters noise.
Pros: breakfast was very basic. but if anything asked personel was always willing to comply or help out. Coffee and or Thee with bread and some marmalade or peanut butter.
Cons: the room we had was well furnished but to my opinion very basic.

Pros: Wonderful, ancient yet very well kept/refurbished Riad. Super kind host and staff, we really felt at home. Special mention for Ms. Naima, the cook, who delighted us with her traditional dishes for dinner.

Beautiful, authentic and warm and welcoming
Pros: The Riad is absolutely gorgeous! And we can confirm this as other family members stayed elsewhere and theirs was no where near as nice! The rooms are lovely and authentic, clean and tidy and comfy. The staff can’t do enough for you and are so so warm and welcoming. There is breakfast every day which was breads and omelette and various spreads which was lovely and it’s all bought to you either in your room, the downstairs seating or up on the veranda which is so lovely with a view of the city. I loved staying here an would recommend to anyone! Must go back x
Cons: Nothing! It was gorgeous. Only thing- Can be tricky to find any of the Riads initially as the alleys in the medina all look very similar. Once you know, it’s easy!

A very beautiful and spacious riad with such a helpful and friendly staff. You could spend the day just in the Riad swim
Pros: Welcoming and friendly staff, always helpful. Peaceful Riad with many places to sit. Pool big enough for kids to swim around.
Cons: Nothing.

Tasteful, comfortable and relaxing stay
Pros: We stayed 4 nights here and enjoyed our stay. Loved the location. Don’t be put off by the streets around. We felt very safe and once you’ve found your bearings, it’s easy to get around. Staff are superb. Always friendly and helpful. The decor of the whole Riad is tasteful and quirky with lots of places to sit inside and out. It is extremely quiet and relaxing. Could just hear birds and call to prayer in the morning. Our room was spacious and comfortable. With loungers and a place to sit on the terrace and table inside. We enjoyed one evening meal with the other guests which was good food and a different experience. However we wanted to explore all the restaurants nearby so only did this once.
Cons: It’s a small point but I think the breakfast could be improved. The bread is delicious and fresh and everything is brought exactly when and where you want it. We would have liked some other cheeses, or fruit/ yoghurt / muesli. It wouldn’t take much just to add to it a little.

A wonderful experience.
Pros: This is a unique hotel, checkin with the owner took 1 hour, a full explanation of what to see where to go, and a full tour of the property. This was super useful. Diner in the hotel is either communual or indivdidual, I recommend communual, a chance to sit and chat with other guests and the owner (Peter). And breakfast, love this, it is between 9am-6pm, and you can have it delivered to your room, the terrace, a courtyard, you choose. The staff are wonderful, freindly and helpful. If you are looking for a regular Hilton type experience this is not it, go stay in a Hilton. This is a unique owner run experience, a family hotel in a great location.
Cons: The location may seem strange when arriving, trust me it gets much better and you made a great choice booking this.

An oasis in Marrakech
Pros: The location is great. The manager/ owner? Was there to greet us and welcome us warmly. The courtyard was beautiful and cool despite the August heat. The room was comfortable and very clean, and one could sit outside the room on comfortable couch to have an afternoon tea or read.
Cons: The breakfast was very basic, bread, jam and tea/coffee. For the price, it would have been wonderful to have something additional like eggs or fruit.

The most welcoming experience
Pros: The stay was probably the best I ever had with booking. Perfect location in middle of all the hustle but at the same time the most calm environment in the whole Marrakesh. Road provides a safe heaven, full of trees, birds, sun at the roof top and welcoming staff always with smile on their face and great service. We were welcomed by Peter, who was offering many tips. The price is great and fair for what you get and no one is trying to trick you with extra costs, we were always told if something was extra charge in advance.
