was very satisfied and I felt that I was welcomed in a very kind and trustworthy environment.
Pros: I was very satisfied with the Riad Azad hotel. The staff at the reception were very friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. They made us feel comfortable during our stay. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is within walking distance of many places and the area is very quiet and peaceful. The orange cake served at breakfast was amazing! I regret not asking for the recipe before leaving.
Cons: But these are not really problems. If I had to mention something for improvement, I could say that the bathroom door could be a bit more closed for more privacy, and the room could have a little more lighting.

Beautiful Riad close to the main squara
Pros: Nicely decorated duplex room for four adults. Breathtaking garden and rooftop. Complementary local breakfast in beautiful dining hall. Top choice if you want to experience Riad in Marrakech medina. Hammam and the massage were also a blast.
Cons: Everything was perfect

Pros: The room on the terrace felt unique. We were able to relax at the riad after long walks
Cons: The toilet was smelling and the first night was not pleasant then I guess we got used to it

Beautifully designed riad
Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully designed riad. The decor is elegant and thoughtfully done, equipped with kettle and delicious tea:). The riad is conveniently located about a 15-minute walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa, at the same time accessible by taxi, which is very convenient for arrivals and departures. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile.
Cons: The only downside was the shower, as the drainage was quite poor and the water drained very slowly and also there is no door to the bathroom just a curtain. It can also be quite cold during the winter months

A beautiful riad with a luxurious feel inside. Very helpful staff. Thank you.
Pros: The staff were very helpful and let us drop off a bag earlier than check in, which meant we could get out and explore straight away. We were also offered tea when we dropped off bags-a very welcoming and unexpected touch, as we were only dropping off bag. It was beautiful inside. A very luxurious feel. The room was very clean and cool. There was a kettle to make your own drinks. Very comfy beds. The shared space was beautiful and cool.
Cons: It was very dark inside the room. If you opened the shutters, people could look inside-even into the en-suite shower room, which felt a bit strange. It was our last night in Morocco so we wanted to make the most of our evening and get out so didn’t make use of the dining facilities so can’t comment on that. We also left for the airport early in the morning so missed breakfast. From the outside, you wouldn’t have expected the riad to look like it was inside. It’s clearly in an area where there is a lot of development at the moment.

Great stay, and staff were all amazing
Pros: The Riad was beautiful, very traditional Moroccan Riad style
Cons: In the room a few minor improvements would improve the experience, a showerhead wall holder to allow a better shower, and an improved safer door lock to offer greater possession security, although we had no security issues, to be clear, but entry into the room would be very easy, even if locked.

Very beautiful, amazing staff and comfortabl, right in the centre
Pros: I loved it all, the staff especially were extremely kind and accommodating. This is the best place I’ve ever stayed and I’ve been to Marrakech many times. And the Riad itself is stunning.
Cons: Nothing, I loved it all.

Excellent and comfortable
Pros: Riad Azad & Spa was an absolute delight, with beautifully crafted interiors that created a warm, elegant atmosphere throughout the property. The breakfast was amazing each morning, offering fresh and flavorful options that made each day feel special. The rooms were gorgeous, comfortable, and impeccably maintained, with room service ensuring everything stayed spotless and the sheets were changed daily. Its location was perfect — just a short walk from the lively Medina bazaars and the iconic Jemaa el-Fnaa square — making it easy to explore, shop, and soak in the vibrant energy of the area. The hosts and reception staff were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, always ready with helpful recommendations on where to eat and what to see. The massage at the spa was very good and relaxing, though it could have been a bit more affordable. With plenty of dining choices and endless places to roam nearby, staying at Riad Azad & Spa was truly a wonderful experience.
Cons: Massage services need improvement
