Pros: The location is very good, stuff very hospitable and kind, willing to help in any way possible. Check in and check out was very easy.

Cons: The internet was not very good for most of the time and the room could've been a little more clean. But it was not too bad and definitely good value for money we paid.

Pros: It was right in the centre of Marrakech which was such a perfect location! It was so beautiful inside

Cons: It took us a while to find the property due to maps being a bit rubbish so make sure to ask someone. Also you have to pay in cash so make sure you have some out

Pros: We were asked at what time we wanted breakfast for each day we spent at riad bab chems, the staff satisfied all our requests and they were always very kind and smiley. The room was clean and fully equipped (hair drier too), the bed was comfortable, and the Riad looks exactly as the photos! It’s stunning!!

Pros: It's a very traditional and authentic riad in the center of the Medina. It was our last day in Marrakech and after leaving a medical clinic, my passport got stolen. We had to run to Casablanca and we left everything there. The owner and Amina where extremely understanding and took care of our luggage for two days until we could pick them up again. We truly appreciated it. The toilet and the room are also quite big compared with the other riad we visited in Morocco.

Cons: As you can expect from any riad inside the Medina, it is a complicate location to reach with heavy luggage because the taxi can leave you outside the Medina and it takes 10min walking with a lot of confusion.
