Brilliant stay

Pros: The location was exceptional. Right in the heart of Marrakech old town. The host was very nice to us and polite. He provided us with very useful information upon check-in. Room was spacious. Breakfast was great. Despite the Riad being in the middle of Souk, there was no noise in the bedroom and we slept really well. The staff in the Riad were all very kind and polite. Definitely recommended. Definitely would stay in same place if went to Marrakech again. Thank you

Cons: No kettle or mugs in the room.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay. The staff was very kind and spoke excellent English, which made everything easy and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The room was spacious and very beautiful, and the beds were extremely comfortable. It was also very quiet, which we really appreciated. From the rooftop terrace, you can see the Atlas Mountains — a truly lovely view. Highly recommended

Authentic Moroccan living in the heart of the Medina

Pros: Authentic Moroccan feeling, very friendly staff, right in the Medina, peaceful and quiet, beautifully furnished

Pros: Perfect location, few min walk to nearest taxi station and other attractions Very clean, towels changed daily .delicious breakfast ,if u have early trips booked coffee and small snacks provided as well. Night staff members are very kind and helpful.

Pros: Excellent stay! The location is absolutely perfect — an oasis in the noise, beautiful chaos and bustle of the Medina. Aziz the host was outstanding: warm, welcoming, and always available with helpful tips and recommendations, which really made the experience special. The breakfast deserves a special mention — fresh, and delicious, for a great start to each day. I would highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

Excellent!

Pros: We were actually put in their sister riad just down the road, called Riad Contessa, which I assume is very similar (due to a technical issue, and this was sorted way before our visit). The staff were brilliant throughout, the riad was beautiful and location was great. The furthest ‘tourist destination’ are the palaces which are about a 20 minute walk away, and everything else is closer than that. Breakfast was also very enjoyable, and we ate dinner there one evening - be sure to book in advance.

Friendly, authentic stay

Pros: Aziz was an extremely friendly host. The riad was lovely, as was the freshly prepared breakfast each morning.

Cons: Some issues with the WiFi after our first day but these things happen. Nothing else to fault.

Exceptional customer service in a space of tranquillity.

Pros: The staff were excellent from the moment we arrived to departure. The Riad provides a sea of tranquility in the middle of the Souk.

Beautiful designer loft in the medina

Pros: This was one of my favourite places to stay! Beautiful interior, great and easy contact, we we're picked up in front of the house, the owner responded quickly and took care of any necessities right away. The area itself is very picturesque while at the same feeling quite authentic, especially around dawn. Comfy beds, quiet and dark bedroom when you close the windows and a great view from the terrace.
