Pros: Great location. Lovely room (Diamanté) and staff were so friendly and helpful. Especially Ishmael, who really went out of his way to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

Cons: Only thing I didn’t like was the pillows were too hard and plump. Gave me neck ache.

An idyllic Riad

Pros: The staff were very helpful. The Riad is a very relaxing retreat extremely close to the very lively centre of Marrakech. The breakfast was a real treat. Everywhere was really clean and comfortable

Pros: This Riad is in a great location, close to the main square (15 minutes walk away) . It's a hidden gem down an alley. The staff are very friendly and professional. Ismael was so good with tips, recommendations and arranged a taxi from the airport and again when we were leaving. He even offered to walk us to a meeting point when we had an early pick up to do a hot air balloon trip over the desert. It gets quite hot in Marrakech so having a pool to cool down in was really great after walking around the Medina. The Riad is very clean and comfortable.

Pros: Beautiful,spotless,central. Fabulous service-Ismail was beyond helpful. Food was delicious. Lots of added helpful extras like taxi to/from airport,boarding cards printed etc.

Pros: Amazing good, friendly, helpful owner and staff. My 2nd time here.. they couldnt do enough for you. Hospitality at its best! Lovely downstairs suite room with settee. Beautiful stained glass in windows, doors. Found it relaxing and delightfully quiet at night. Good evening meals. Would highly recommend.

Pros: Lovely Riad bordering the old Medina, so allowing easy access to the hustle and bustle of the old city, but far enough for it to be quiet at night. The Riad is beautifully decorated and charming with a good breakfast. Ismael is full of energy and extremely helpful organising activities and taxis

This lovely riad is truly a home away from home!

Pros: It's a cliched phrase, but a 'home away from home' is what this riad was for us. It was our first visit to Marrakech and we were made so welcome, so comfortable and so well cared for that we simply loved our visit. Ismael runs the riad and is one of the loveliest people you could hope to meet. He treated us like family right from the start. None of the other riads we stayed in during our trip came anywhere close to the hospitality we got from Ismael. Communication with Paolo before our arrival was efficient and very helpful. He organized our tours, transport and extra meal requests very well. You will not go wrong staying in this comfortable riad with Ismael and Paolo taking care of you.

Great stay in a comfortable and welcoming environment

Pros: Close to all of the sites of old town but in a peaceful and quiet location. Room was big and comfortable, very clean, fresh towels and a relaxing place to be after a busy day walking the souk and busy squares. Lovely rooftop view. Staff, especially Ismail, were so helpful and friendly, giving us a map and suggested places of interest. Ismail also walked us to get to our pick up point for a balloon ride at about 6am in the morning even though it was freezing cold. His advice on where to eat was spot on too. Riad close to restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: Communication was prompt and easy, the airport transfer went smoothly, the Riad was clean and comfy. Ismael, the host, was welcoming and always ready to go the extra mile. Thank you for having us!

Would recommend staying here for a real Marrakech welcome!

Pros: Breakfast was good and served in a timely, friendly way. The location was great for getting to the Souks and places of interest.

Cons: Nothing, everything was good. All the staff, Ishmail in particular were brilliant, not forgetting Paolo, young man on reception and house keeping staff. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!
