Absolutely perfect

Pros: Absolutely perfect. The location was very central and in walking distance of most places. The room was very clean and fresh And the staff were very friendly and hospitable. Would absolutely stay here again

Spotless, exceptional, central and comfortable

Pros: The staff was wonderful, made us feel very comfortable. Breakfast was great and served very nicely. They helped us book airport shuttle last minute and accommodated all of our requests. Great central location in Medina to get around the city center and souks. Very clean and spotless. Highly recommended

Cons: The doors of the rooms were glass doors and the curtains were not blackout. We were a bit conscious as the curtains a bit see through. But apart from that everything was exceptional.

Pros: We had a truly amazing stay at this Riad. The location is perfect: just a five-minute walk from the Medina, very central but still calm and quiet. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and a great start to the day. The rooms are very clean, cozy, and beautifully designed. Everything feels new, modern, and well maintained. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms are spotless. The staff deserve a special mention – incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. They really made our stay even better.

Pros: The Riad was beautiful and spotless. We felt like we were the first people staying there! Meriam was so lovely to us and helped us with any requests politely, quickly and always with a smile. Thank you for making us feel welcomed during our stay! The breakfast was excellent and even in the cold winter the room stayed warm due to the AC heating mode and plenty of hot water available. The Riad has a brilliant rooftop which I imagine would be amazing to spend time on during the warmer months (sadly we went when raining). The Souk is also a stones throw away and distance from the main square is very close too. I would love to stay again when visiting!

Cons: only suggestion for improvement would be to have AC controller in each rooms and maybe thicker curtains in the rooms for increased privacy inside.

Pros: Super happy. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms big enough for 2 people. Close to everything in walking distance. Roof top was exellent.

I was very hapoy with our stay

Pros: Super cute traditional riad. Good sized rooms. Water was always very warm even though it was end of november. Close to the city center. Also close to many major spots.
