Perfect group stay in a great Location

Pros: The Riyadh was very spacious, the rooms were neat and tidy, all of which had ACs. The stay is perfect for a group up to 8 people, the residence is very close to the Medinah which saved us a lot of time, and we were able to have breakfast with its included cook, her name was Soukaina (she is adorable!). I will rebook this same stay the next time I come :)

Good value for money with nice rooftop

Pros: House is in residence xomplex, with guards, where you have restaurants, coffees and shops, which is comfortable. You can park inside safely. The apartment is veeery big, 3 floors and 4th is the rooftop with very nice terrace. It has 2 double room with AC, another double/ twin with AC, 1 room with bathroom with double bed and 2 bunk beds, where AC was not working properly :( and has as well 2 big sofas for couples or singles, one is on the second floor and one on the first, next to the kitchen. Basically, suited for 8/9 people without any problems, depending on how much privacy is needed. Kitchen has everything, there are 2 bathrooms in total. Very good communication with owner, easy self check in. A bit difficult to find inside the residence, just go right from the entrance and follow the main road to 25 sud

Cons: In the winter months is a bit cold as most of the houses in Morroco, even though we had the bad luck to catch the wettest and coldest weather in 10 years, and there were still some heaters in the house :) but in good weather it will be the perfect stay for big group.

Pros: Property is big and well located, just 30 min from main market. It is very quiet and safe.

Cons: Nothing at all. Everything was fine. No complaints

Pros: A very well-located riad right next to the medina. It had everything we needed, from kitchenware to laundry facilities. The host was caring and kept in constant contact. Always available for us and ready to help with any small issue. The price–quality ratio was spot on.

Lovely!

Pros: The host is amazing. Constant communication via WhatsApp. Very attentive. Allowed us early check in and late check out, being with kids made it’s amazing. Swimming pool is lovely. Small taxi ride Into medina. Complex had everything you need. Restaurants are very reasonably priced and supermarkets prices are local rate. Very safe as it’s guarded gates all the time. Mosque in the complex, amazing for prayers. Riad is clean and comfortable. Air conditioning is great. Kitchen is clean. Having the washing machine was great. Can’t fault it at all. The host and housekeeping ladies made it a great stay.

Cons: Nothing.. simply amazing

Pros: Good location and loved the swimming pools. Definitely could do with some proper sun beds though

Beautiful weather and welcoming stay

Pros: What I liked about the property was the living room/ seating area was very comfortable and that the property had washing facilities. We liked the Roof top sun bathing. It was home welcoming and the bedrooms were comfortable. There were a lot of cats which live around the complex which me and my family loved.

Cons: It did not have a toaster.

In total was really cool to stay in this accomodation. Close to the main square by foot

Pros: It is close to Medina square like 20 minutes by walk, location is safe. Accomodation is huge and excellent.

Cons: We would like to have more toilet paper for usage

Perfect secure place for large groups.

Pros: I absolutely loved the place. It’s huge and perfect for large groups. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds are comfortable. The host was very kind and fast at responding to our needs. We requested extra blankets and he was very quick at providing them. I highly recommend this place as it’s situated in a secure residential area close to grocery stores, hair salon and other places. We also had access to the swimming pools, football grounds which added extra fun to our holidays.
