Nice riad in a great position

Pros: The riad was clean, and the location is great (very close to most tourist attractions, right in the city centre). Also, it is a nice gesture to serve breakfast very early in the morning to accommodate guests' needs. The bed was comfortable.

Cons: Breakfast was a bit repetitive and offered mostly sweet options (no eggs, fruit, ...). The room was quite dark, and we had a few issues in the bathroom (one light wasn't working properly, and the hairdryer was faulty). Also, it would be great to provide a few more toiletries (including a soap bar and shampoo). For 4 days and 2 people, we were offered 1 bottle of water. I suggest providing water daily.

Pros: We were there with my boyfriend, and both of us were super satisfied with the Riad hotel. They were very flexible with the breakfast time which was super great for us, since some days we had leave for day trips pretty early (e.g 7.15, 7.45). When we had questions and needed help, so fast we got answers for our questions.

Great and fabulous, worth the money.

Pros: It’s clean, love the vibe and aesthetically pleasing, accessible to everything. The staffs were very helpful especially Ahmad and Baba as we call him.

Couldn't recommend this place enough, would definitely stay here again if travelling to Marrakech!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Riad Shajara! The breakfast was amazing, served privatly on the top floor patio, at what ever time we wanted. The location is truly the best you could wish for in the heart of the medina, close to everything, but still quiet. As two females travelling, we felt very safe. We were even escorted to our taxi a bit further away when we were going on an excursion at 5 am. Ahmed and the rest of the lovely staff made us feel very welcome and we loved our stay here.

Cons: Everything was great.

Excellent Riad a short walk from the Medina

Pros: Really excellent Riad near with easy access to everywhere you want to go in the Medina. Its clearly been recently (and beautifully) renovated, with very comfortable rooms and kind family who runs it. I guarantee you will enjoy staying here when you visit Marrakesh

Lovely family ran authentic Medina Riad a stone’s throw from the square!

Pros: Lovely authentic Riad with perfect suit and very comfortable. Thanks for taking care of us. Felt like home away from home! We’ll definitely stay here next time we’re in Marrakech!
