Clean and ideally located
Pros: The Riad was spotlessly clean and ideally located for exploring the medina. The staff were attentive and spoke english. The breakfast was adequate. Our room was warm (we stayed in January)due A/C and a bathroom heater. The transfer back to the airport was great as the hotel walked us to the taxi pickup point outside the medina. It was well worth the additional cost of a taxi alone. All in all we enjoyed our stay.
Cons: The alleyway leading to the riad entrance was daunting and slightly unkempt. Although we contacted the riad regarding a transfer from the airport they never replied. We therefore arranged a transfer via booking.com which dropped us off outside the medina. This was not a good experience as we got lost (we could not get reception on google maps) and on 2 occasions were hassled for money to take us to our riad. Not a good first impression!!! Eventually went into a cafe and the girl calmed us down and connected us to wifi. We were then able to carry onto our riad. We stayed in January so the following is probably only due to our time of stay: 1 Breakfast room was cold despite a heater. 2 No restaurant available although stated on the website- we would have liked this option after a long day exploring the medina to just come back and eat in the restaurant. We had actually had this as a plan for our first night after travelling all day.

A winter break in Marrakesh
Pros: We stayed at this riad for a week and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and well maintained. A special mention goes to Tarik, who was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout our stay, always available to give advice and make sure we were comfortable. The riad is well located in the medina, very close to Madrasa Ben Youssef, which is ideal for exploring Marrakesh on foot.
Cons: Cars cannot access the riad, so there is a 5–7 minute walk from the main road. The riad can feel slightly cold in the winter. Also, when walking around the medina, be cautious as bicycles and motorbikes can be quite fast and unpredictable

Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The staff were excellent especially Tariq, who made sure we were comfortable des
Pros: I really liked the staffs. They were very kind especially Tariq. Great guy..He doesn’t speak much English but he tries his best to make sure we have all we wanted. The property was clean
Cons: This is probably nothing considering that the problem got settled when we got to the Riad in an hour. The property was inside the medina and tucked away..it was hard at first to navigate but it was in a central Medina location..probably 10-15minutes walk from the square

Lovely riad, excellent service!
Pros: A beautiful riad in the perfect location to easily explore Marrakech. A short walk from the shops, souks, square and palaces. Our host was lovely and very accommodating. He checked us in very late after a delayed flight and when we had to leave very early in the morning to catch a bus, he still laid out some breakfast for us. The breakfasts were delicious and the rooms were very comfortable. Couldn’t believe how peaceful it was despite being in the middle of all the hustle and bustle on the streets outside. Highly recommend staying here.

Pros: The amazingly beautiful building, the cool bath, the roof in the evenings and the quiet cool sanctuary of the riad in the middle of the Medina.
Cons: We did tell the staff that we were vegan but they didn't seem to be able to cater for that.
