Beautiful riad in good location, few points of improvement

Pros: Good location, fairly quiet street but close to the souqs, shops and restaurants. Beautiful interior. Nice staff, delicious breakfast is prepared every morning. Communication was good and fast. Received instructions in advance on how to reach the riad as it isn’t directly accessible by car (2 min walk).

Cons: The toilet in one of the rooms was clogged when we arrived. They said it would be fixed in the afternoon but it wasn’t. Couldn’t use it for the rest of our stay (4 days). Most of the time cold showers in all of the rooms. It would be nice to have a towel rack in the room.

Perfecto!

Pros: Estaba todo muy limpio. Muy buena ubicación, cerca de la plaza central pero sin el bullicio de gente. Nadia, nos ayudó en todo lo que le íbamos preguntando y nos hacía un desayuno delicioso.

Cons: Nada.

Pros: Le riad est très joli et rénové avec goût. Nadia qui est présente tous les matins au riad est très accueillante toujours la pour aider et petit plus elle prépare des petits déjeuners incroyables. Jade a toujours été très réactive et nous a donné de très bonnes adresses et conseils.

Cons: Le bain n'étant pas chauffé et vraiment au frais au rez de chaussée sans soleil du coup impossible den profitez , l'eau était vraiment froide.

Magique

Pros: Riad hyper confortable, avec une décoration très soignée. C’est LE LIEU Instagramable ! Établissement très propre est super bien situé. À peine 15 mn à pieds de la place centrale de Marrakech et une station de taxi est à seulement à deux minutes à pieds. Sans parler des commerces coiffeurs, resto, hammam,Roof top, boulangerie et mini market… à deux pas ! Nadia, la dame qui s’est occupée de nous est une femme exceptionnelle, gentille et un vrai cordon bleu. Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux mais surtout très bon. Quant à Jade, la propriétaire du Riad est très gentille également et s’assure tout au long du séjour que nous passions un bon moment. On s’est senties très à l’aise et super bien accueillies. Allez-y les yeux fermés. Cet endroit est un havre de paix en plein cœur de la Médina animée de Marrakech.
