Pros: The staff was very kind and helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location is close to restaurants, the mall, and the bus station.

Cons: There were some construction works in the area, and it was noisy

Pros: really comfy beds. after having read the reviews we didn’t expect much at breakfast - it was the best breakfast we had during our stay in Marrakesh. The variety was phenomenal!

Cons: A couple of the sockets were loose it didn’t really impact our stay as we just avoided using them but possibly an electrical issue.

Comfortable, convenient and best value for money.

Pros: The property is conveniently located in central location. Communication with the hotel to request for early check in was very helpful. The staff is courteous and the rooms are very comfortable. I would definitely reserve this when I visit again.

A very memorable stay.

Pros: The staffs esp the Restaurant staffs were very helpful and welcoming. Apart from the toilet’s bin not emptied from the previous customers and one of the bathroom light not working, ( but, that was not a showstopper) everything was perfect.

Cons: The swimming pool not having warm water ( thermal control device) is a bit of let down or else It was perfect for my family.

Good stay and value for the price. Would be great if above minor issues could be improved.

Pros: Room is spacious and staff are friendly and accommodating. Good to have breakfast available, a working lift, and a pool. Consistent hot water supply and aircon.

Cons: Poor wifi connection and no youtube on tv. Also no access to kettle, cups and cutleries. The soundproof is minimal as we can still hear our neighbours’ voices and people coming out of the lift.
