Hotel Central Palace

I loved my stay! Super attentive staff. Excellent value for money.

Pros: Extremely friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Very central location in the Medina, close to everything. Beautiful and pleasant space with excellent value for money. Mostafa is excellent at helping you book airport transfers and explaining things about the city's attractions. He is very helpful. If you pay at the hotel, you must pay in cash. If you have any questions before arriving at your accommodation, he will provide you with all the explanations and help you need.

Pros: Very close to Jemaa el fna place, I was a solo girl traveling and felt really safe joining the hotel during the night. Staff is super friendly as well and recommended very good places.

Pros: I liked everything! The hospitality of the staff, the amazing location near the central square surrounded by amazing food. Great balconies with views and overall really nicely designed facilities.

Pros: Beautiful hotel, the courtyard was really nice as was the rooftop. The room and bathroom were basic but comfortable. Great location and really friendly staff.

Cons: It did get noisy with the room windows opening into the courtyard, but it's a busy hotel, in a central location with lots of people coming and going and hanging out in the communal areas, so it's to be expected.

Pros: The riad is very in a great location. It is beautiful inside, has a great terrace and a totally calming vibe. The staff is nice and the riad is overall very clean. The room got cleaned everyday with the towels and beddings replaced.

Cons: The rooms could be more equipped. There was no room to put stuff in or on and there was no hair dryer or anything extra in the room.

The best place to stay

Pros: As always, I loved my stay at Hotel Central Palace. Best location just 5mins walk from Jma El Fna. Cafes, shops, everything local and walkable. Clean and comfortable accomodation and would totally recommend a stay here. Staff are all lovely and helpful with everything, especially Mustafa. Thank you for everything 😊 See you all again soon.

Good stay but can be improved.

Pros: Location was great, just outside of the main square and close to lots of restaurants and touristic points. Bathroom was massive with the bathroom seeming to be an old spa.

Cons: Water for shower didn't warm up on the second day (okay on first)

Convenient, good value

Pros: Central location, comfortable bed, value for money.

Cons: Street noise until early hours even with window shut.

Pros: The location was fantastic, right in the centre of the medina. The souks were walkable, as were the Madrasa and the museums, and there were plenty of great food restaurants and places down the street, including rooftop views! The room was very spacious and clean, comfy beds, and despite being in the medina, noise levels were not an issue at all. The receptionists on duty were all absolutely lovely! They were very friendly and accommodated to my partner and I for the entire duration of our stay. Requests and queries were dealt with quickly and, upon arrival, provided us with a map of the city and highlighted the must-see places! It was great! Would definitely come back and stay again :)
