Hotel Zitoune

Pros: The single room is nice, the bed is comfortable, and the staff are friendly. I brought a bicycle and was allowed to keep it in my room. At the end of my stay they arranged a taxi for me and helped carry my bags when the local luggage-carrier refused to do it for 20dh (my last money).

Cons: It can be quite loud from outside, and it is damp inside the room

Pros: The location is awesome, staff are super friendly and helpful, we ended up extending our stay for two more nights. Love the little terrace, rooms are simple but very clean and comfortable. Surprisingly not noisy at all (we were on middle level I think terrace would be noisier). Good WIFI.

Cons: Showers weren’t the best (pressure + temp regulation), but clean and did the trick! Nothing fancy and no breakfast unlike it says.

Cons: The cleaning staff wasn't present, and we had to ask them to clean the room. But the bathrooms were spotless.

I really loved my stay on Hotel Zaitoune. The staff was really amazing.

Clean, Central, Safe and Superb Staff

Pros: Location slap bang in the middle of the medina area of Marrakesh. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Having a sink in the room was also very good as the shower / toilet was down the corridor. Paying under £10 a night superb

Cons: The noise of the motorbikes at night. ( This would apply to nearly all of the hotels in the medina area not just this hotel ). My room was at the top of the stairs directly above reception so you could hear people coming in at night.
