Pros: Staff were very accommodating, location is perfect, rooms are clean and felt very safe travelling with younger family members

Cons: Breakfast is not in the riad, but around the corner. However they staff in le samover are brilliant and make sure you are well fed for the day ahead

Wonderful stay!

Pros: The hotel is perfectly located next to the Medina, making it very easy to explore the area. There are plenty of choices nearby for restaurants, entertainment, and more. We had two tours booked, and the pickup point for both was just a 3-minute walk away, which was extremely convenient. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. I mentioned that it was my husband’s birthday, and they prepared a lovely little surprise for him, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was excellent and served at a nearby restaurant. Overall, a great experience — highly recommended!

Pros: Very nice place with all necessary services. Everything was clean and nice. Located in very center, at evening could hear some noise but was not too loud.

Cons: The breakfast was in a cafe located 50m from Hotel (it was fine, but You need to go out for it). Cleaning in the room was made too much - they did reorganize our bags (put them in closet ), We don`t like that cleaning is moving our staff in the room.

Excellent location and incredible stagg

Pros: The location is central, so it’s noisy, but that’s a choice you make if you want to be nearby medina. Cleaning was top and the staff is very professional. I also liked the hotel room.

Cons: I would not rate it lower, but cleaning staff should not be moving personal stuff. Take it as a feedback.

Amazing location, lovely staff

Pros: Perfect central location right in the heart of the Jemaa el-Fna. Staff were professional and helpful. The room was immaculate and cleaned daily. Couldn’t fault it, would definitely recommend this place to any one looking for accommodation in Marrakesh.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The location is one of the best in the town, the cleanliness, the staff was so nice and helpful. This is the best place to stay in the city of Marrakech! Thank you for everything ! I want thank a lot to two guys from the staff the receptionist Shekiriti (this guy knows everything about our country) and the guard of the hotel Abdullah !
