Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and clean, comfortable accommodation — overall great value for the money

Pros: Location: 5/5 Excellent location, with many attractions and places to visit within a 10–15 minute walk. Staff: 5/5 Very polite, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions. Accommodation: 5/5 Clean and comfortable. There was a minor issue with noise, but the office manager is already working on improving it. Overall: Great value for the money. I would recommend staying here.

Ideal for single traveller using it as a base as the location is amazing!

Pros: Amazing location, great breakfast what more could you ask for? The roof top was great to relax and chill after a hectic day out, not a big space, but was enough to relax with a drink and watch the sun go down before heading out again. Staff were great too!

Excellent

Pros: The location was perfect, since it was next to Jamee el Fna and the breakfast was really nice! But the main reason for my review is the staff that has been amazing. Ismail stayed awake till very late to welcome me and provided me of a bottle of water; his service was on point and we had really nice chats. He also helped me with Salah to activate my sim card. If I come back to Marrakech, this is going to be my place to stay.

A very comfortable, small riad in a fabulous location

Pros: Very central location close to the main square. Parking available within a ten-minute walk. Very nice breakfast, clean rooms and very comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Everything was perfect for a friendly budget. The breakfast was very generous and delicious, taken on the roof terrasse with an amazing view. The staff is very smiley and helpful. The attention given to the decoration is a big plus as it is not always the case for this budget. Thank you Hanya

Cons: Nothing bad really. Happy with all. Oh maybe not 100% easy to find at first as our phone gps wasn't t working but this is not their fault. Just I advise visitors to shot screen the location in advance ;)

It felt like staying with family!

Pros: Location was amazing, the staff (shoutout to Hind) were superb, the breakfast was always ready for us whatever time we wanted and using all local produce (amazing taste) - really could not have asked for better given the price and location!

Cons: You can hear everything that is going on outside the rooms when you're in bed - but given the limited number of guests the Riad can have that wasn't a big issue for us.
