Great location, good option if you don’t want a riad.

Pros: Great location outside of the mainstream touristic medina and close to a lot of modern shops really handy if you are a tourist. The personnel was helpful and the room has everything as described.

Cons: The facilities of the pool, sauna, ping pong table etc could have been better preserved and cleaned more often. The water on the pool seemed kind of blurry and because of the humidity there were stains in the whole area, but no major problems still enjoyed it.

A relaxing and enjoyable stay with great service and a delicious Moroccan food

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the residence felt calm and secure. The pool was a big plus. What made the difference was the team, always available, day and night, and very kind. The breakfast was honestly one of the highlights: generous, homemade, and very Moroccan. The whole family loved it, I am always coming back here when i am in marrakech!

Brilliant bright stylish apartment!!

Pros: Rumaysa, Abullilah & Mohammed were brilliant Lovely property, modern lovely stylish furniture’s 1 bath room and another separate toilet was a life saver. Brilliant staff was really helpful always with good local knowledge. Never been to Marrakesh before but I will defo return to this apartment.!

Cons: Some building works around but that isn’t the properties fault.

Pros: Very new, good value for the money, very comfortable

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect — close to the city centre, yet peaceful and quiet, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with two generously sized bedrooms and two bathrooms, which made our stay very convenient. We also really enjoyed the use of the hammam and the pool. Since the flat had just opened, there were a few minor snags, but Amina was absolutely amazing — always available, incredibly helpful, and truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was sorted promptly. She even helped us arrange a trip to Sati Fatima and kindly organised a complimentary ride back to the airport. Her hospitality really made our experience extra special!

Cons: Given the nature of the area, a bit of dust is understandable, but more regular cleaning or dusting would have been appreciated. That said, it didn’t take away from our overall experience — everything else was lovely and well-managed.

Pros: Lovely appartment .very well equipped. Mixture of complentary items eg. Toiletries-, shampoo and shower gel . Bottle of water and a good selection of tea bags .also well equipped kitchen if you wanted to do some self catering. .washer also included

Pros: Bardzo ładny i przestronny apartament wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Bardzo dobry kontakt z personelem. Czysto. Dla zainteresowanych - śniadanie nie jest w formie bufetu ani a la karte. Jest codziennie, o ustalonej godzinie, robione przez dochodząca osobę w kuchni w apartamencie . Typowe marokańskie śniadanie, smaczne i syte. Trzeba ustalić dokładnie o której godzinie ma byc gotowe, zazwyczaj zrobienie zajmuje do 15 min. Może to mieć znaczenie w przypadku zaplanowanych wyjazdów na wycieczki.

Cons: dość twarde materace na łóżkach. Okna średnio szczelne . W przypadku pokoju z oknami wychodzącymi na główną ulicę (czyli od tyłu budynku) jest dość głośno a ruch na drodze jest do późnych godzin nocnych. Dla osób wrażliwych polecam zatyczki do uszu :). Za ten hałas jeden mały minus ode mnie.
