Great stay

Pros: Excellent accommodation for 6! Lots of space and location amazing! 5 min walk to menara mall… food places literally everywhere

Comfortable stay

Pros: Location was very safe during our stay because there was Marrakesh film festival in the Congress Palace just across the street and police everywhere around. The apartment is about 40 minutes walk from Medina and thus it is better to take a taxi. There are two Carrefour supermarkets apr the same 10-15 min walk distance away - either in Menara mall or opposite the railway station. The street from Congress Palace leads to expensive shops and hotels and looks nice and posh. The apartment has 3 separate rooms and a big living room where an extra person can sleep. The bedroom doors are very noisy open-close so this was disturbing. Bathrooms seemed to be recently renovated. No toiletries except soap, and one piece of toiled paper in each of two bathrooms so you have to buy your own. One towel was small size and that was not nice.

Cons: Overall nothing to objectively complain about

Fantastic time

Pros: Great apartment for a group of friends or family. The location was ideal for us, as we could walk everywhere. It felt safe and secure and the guards on the gate were friendly. The apartment had all the equipment one could need. We did not use the pool as it was a liffle cold. The owner was very nice and communicated with us well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone. Everything was clean and comfy. The 2 bathrooms were a bonus for an all female group. We hope to return later in the year and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Quiet and friendly apartment ideal if you've got small kids

Pros: It was perfect if you want to be out of the craziness of the city centre. It's on a side street off a main boulevard that's not too noisy (comparatively) but is within walking distance to a mall and basic shops (within 10 mins).

Cons: I wasn't expecting it, but the apartment didn't come with anything in it, i.e. utensils, yes, but you won't be guaranteed oil or salt or anything similar, e.g. as soon as you arrive, you'll need to do a shop. It's not really a problem at all just to let others know.

Pros: Apartment very clean, great location, very near airport and walkable to Menara mall, short taxi ride to Jema el Fna, Indrive is very convenient to get around. The apartment was very comfortable, the aircon worked great as we stayed in August, pool area pleasant and clean and was very much needed to cool off, the only think that is lacking are the sunbeds, there aren't enough for everybody, however this wasnt a big problem for us as we just put towels, and this isnt the apartments fault, more the responsibility of the Residence, the security staff were always polite and the area felt very safe, the apartment owner how met us and check in and check out was very welcoming and polite too.

Pros: It was very big apartment with three bedrooms two separate bedrooms one with shower one with a bath tub! Kitchen was massive with all the equipment in, also washing machine washing line everything was there! It was very comfortable to stay location was absolutely on spot everything was near by Minara mall only 10min walk McDonald’s was 10am walk jema el fna was 45min walk just loved it honestly will definitely recommend and will definitely come back

Cons: The only disadvantage was it’s on the main rd, one of the room was on the main rd side and you could not sleep because of all the car’s motorbikes noises, constantly non stopping all you could here was loud engine reving which was very annoying but it’s not the hotel fault it’s just the location! The back room you can’t here anything just the front rooms

Pros: The location. Among the best place to stay if you are attending events at the Palais de Congrès as it is just across the road. Near the train station too. There are few restaurants about 50m from the entrance of the appartment building. The check-in was made easy by Mr Ali, the agent. He was contactable and willing to help us anytime during our stay. He also arranged for us a taxi driver that managed our daily travelling around Marrakech as we wished. This made our visit to Marrakech so enjoyable and memorable. Thank you, Mr Ali.

Perfect location

Pros: The communication was good location is perfect very close to train station, Ménara Mall, and M Avenue. Feel safe and secure. Clean and perfect for a small group of friends / family. Would stay again and will definitely recommend.

Enjoyed my stay as everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The place was nice and clean.

Pros: The best thing was my daughter learned how to swim because all the staff was helpful another best part was 24 hours security and on the first day I got things wrong specially with the air-condition it's meant to be on 16 so anyone using air-conditioning first time please get some advice or ask the landlord or his friend they are very helpful thanks
