El Olivar Palace Marrakech All Inclusive

Pros: The staff at this hotel really make the stay. Nothing is too much trouble, and they ask if there is anything else you need. Zara on reception was so accommodating. We were here in winter so it was quieter than I imagine it is in summer but the entertainment staff Sam and Moussa were still upbeat asking if you would like to get involved. We aren't usually joiners but did yoga on the lawn, a ping pong tournament with lots of laughs, played pool and got lots of laughs at a quiz. Sameer the bar manager was lovely taking time to chat. I've never stayed in a cleaner hotel, staff are constantly washing communal areas and keeping the green areas. All inclusive was all inclusive with cocktails included and there was always something good to eat. The room was massive, cleaned and towels changed and toiletries restocked daily and bed comfy.

Cons: There are areas of the hotel that need a bit of attention but it didn't affect our stay.

All inclusive - a pleasent stay.

Pros: Had indoor/outdoor pools plus an aqua-park - great for children. Rooms were a generous size. Sara - staff member very friendly and accommodating. Most staff in general were pleasant but not fluent in English. 20 mins approx from airport. Shuttles/taxis available.

Cons: There was a large selection of food but not always child friendly. My daughter struggled to find something to her taste. Pools were not heated except indoor one. We found rooms to be cold particularly at night - even a blanket did not suffice. Spa was ok - staff very relaxed in their approach. Fixtures and fittings not to a high standard. Occasional Power/wifi issues aqua-park only open at certain times No entertainment at night (maybe out of season) Eating times were rigid - no snacks available throughout day - had to pay for ice creams. Advice to book excursions/activities online as although offered at hotel they were mainly day trips or long excursions. Was advised to book short trips/activities online.

Really lovely stay with very warm and generous staff

Pros: Lovely staff especially mustafa went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable! The suite was very big and felt so spacious and special, the general food was good but the New Year’s Eve event they put on was absolutely fantastic - food and entertainment! The free shuttle into Marrakech twice a day was an amazing addition and the indoor pool was a warm delight! The hotel wasn’t busy at all and you can always get. Sunbed round the pool

Cons: We really enjoyed our stay and have no complaints at all but if you have very high standards then I would say this isn’t really a 5 star anymore! Maybe once but it’s a bit run down and lots of broken and tired areas so be aware if you like the ultimate 5* luxury

Pros: The staff accomodated us really well. Early check in and room upgrade was given. The suite was comfortable. Overall, staff was great.

Cons: The location was a bit far, taxis were not available. The transfers were expensive. The shuttle to city required pre booking and seats were not available. The heating in room was not good, we were cold especially because it was very cold.

A very good stay, with a very kind staff. I enjoyed the Batman was made our stay enjoyable.

Place where you feel like home and enjoy every moment.The entertainment team is the best team what they have.

Pros: The rooms were super spacious.The staff is amazing.You feel like they know you for years.Food was also good.They upgraded us to a suite which was such a nice gesture.

Cons: Little more items in the menu keeping international guests in the mind could be an option. But the current menu is also not bad and this is just my personal point of view.

A pleasant place to stay

Pros: The staff were amazing and made us feel welcomed. The fact that I didn't have to worry about what to eat in a foreign land was an absolute bliss, and it was all delicious. The rooms were clean (every part of it), whoever brought the Idea of having sheets on the sofa in the rooms is a genius. I would stay here again if I go back to this area. The price paid for this all inclusive hotel and spa is worth it in my books.

Cons: For the particular room that I was in, the water got in around the door area when it rained, Housekeeping provided towels for it and I hope they Reported it....i had it in mind to mention it but I forgot.

Beautiful oasis in the outskirts of Marrakech with all-inclusive services and large pool area.

Pros: Great oasis with beautiful pools and garden. The all-inclusive buffet was nice, with a variety of different dishes on every meal. The pastry/cake selection was fantastic. Nice training facilities and beautiful spa/massage/hamam on the premises.

Cons: Milk and yoghurt should be chilled . The outdoor patio could do with some infrared heaters for rather cold evenings.

Pros: Hotel is very nice, very comfy, food is excellent and staff is very good, specially snack bar. Hotel is maybe little bit far away from the center, but twice a day you have free shultle bus. Definitelly recomend this hotel for everybody who wants perfect stay and holiday.

Cons: Chair on the terrace was broken and shower and pipe didnt work good( ful of stone). When they take the towels you have to wait few hours for the new one, but those things in some many positivitis are realy minor.
