We had an amazing family time

Pros: The bedroom was spacious and very clean. I want to give special mention to the Entertainment team, specially to Flaura and Ali , although they were all very friendly and kept my 6 year old entertained playing darts, ping pong and dancing in Mini Disco every evening- Maria and Flaura kept the routines and choreography vey fun for the kids- it was actually the highlight of my son . Food was also nice and specially all the desserts selections every day - Bakery also had a great selection all day . The fresh fruit juices availabilty was amazing . There were lots of pools but unfortunately being February the water was freezing cold so we could not try them but when is all completed will be amazing for the kids as there will be lots of slides - all sizes . There is a nice gym and spa where you can have nice massages. Shuttle bus available to take you to Marrakesh was another bonus to the trip .

Cons: The only thing to mention in this section is that the hotel is under renovation so there were some areas closed , but it was not a problem for us . The only suggestion I will give is that the bar should also give an option of decaffeinated coffee .

Very clean and comfortable staff very friendly.

Pros: It was very clean and spacious lots for the kids to do.

Cons: While we were there building works were going on but having said that it didn’t really affect our stay.

Pros: Waterpark, food and staff were great, room.very clean and all furniture in excellent condition.

Cons: Construction works and some restrictions to pool access and restaurants. However this didn't ruin our trip and we intend to visit again

A great family holiday.

Pros: The kids loved the warm pool and the water park, although found the water in the outdoor pools a little cold. The rooms were cleaned daily to an excellent standard by Ghita. The food in the restaurant was of a good quality and variety.

Cons: There was construction work going on throughout our stay so some of the facilities were affected. We tried to book the free shuttle to Marakech but it was fully booked until the day we left. Our garden view room was a view of a wall.

Pros: The staff are amazing. Special thanks to Miriam & Ghizlaine for being the nicest cleaners - my kids loved how they arranged their teddy’s & did petals on the bed. The water park is insane. Again amazing staff who were soo nice to my girls - it made their holiday. The food was incredible. I love veg & salad & they had ever type you could think of. My girls loved the guys on the pasta station for cooking their pasta most days. The tagines were delicious. BBQ brilliant. Honestly you couldn’t fault anything about the place.

Cons: Nothing - although it’s not the hotels fault some clientele waste soo much food. It just seemed a shame but nothing the hotel has control over.

Pros: The staff were hard working and couldn't do enough to help. Can't fault service.Food was great... good selection and very fresh. Pop up snacks were awesome... fresh pizza, pastries. Coffee from machine was ok. Kids loved the mocktails.

Cons: The room was a bit run down and very dark. Couldn't connect to netflix which was disapppointing. Quite a lot of renovation work going on but well hidden and a bit noisy... didn't bother us. Some rides were lethal...got a few cuts and bruises... but lots to choose from. Water was freezing!... kids adapted by the end of the holiday and got used to it.

Lovely place to relax.

Pros: Everything was great. Entire staff was great and very helpful. My son was sick so they were very helpful, nurse helped a lot. The guy Ahmad was very helpful. Would love to go back again.

A fantastic family stay with incredible food, stunning mountain views, and a New Year’s Eve celebrat

Pros: Amazing stay. The food was outstanding and the views of the mountains were absolutely stunning — even in winter. The kids loved it, which always makes the whole experience more relaxed for us. New Year’s Eve was on another level. The party was unreal — great atmosphere, brilliantly organised, and a fantastic way to bring in the New Year. We’d happily come back.

Cons: We stayed in December, so it was cold and a bit rainy — obviously not something the hotel can control. That said, the overall experience was very good. The indoor pool was heated and genuinely enjoyable, especially given the weather. It was clean, well maintained, and a nice space to relax in after being out in the cold. If I were to suggest one improvement, it would be adding a heated outdoor pool. In winter especially, a warm outdoor pool (even in the rain) would elevate the experience from “very good” to something truly memorable. There’s something special about being outside in warm water when it’s cold in the air — it would really set the hotel apart. Overall though, a solid stay and a good experience despite the winter weather.

Perfect for adults and children who enjoy water slides

Pros: The staff definitely made all the difference but also the cuisine. Superb service and friendly staff specially Younes and Ahmed. Ghita also ensured the cleanliness. Indoor pool was very welcomed at this time of the year (February).

Cons: Construction noise specially right beside the SPA which made me decide not to take any treatment as I wouldn’t be able to fully relax. Majority of water slides and some other places of the hotel were under maintenance which I can understand given I was there in February but something to bear in mind due to the noise.

Pros: I would like to thank Ghita from housekeeping. She made sure to tidy our rooms daily with a great smile.
