Excellent stay

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Jena Palace Hotel. The rooms were comfy and very clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh choices. The swimming pool was great for relaxing, and the location is perfect for visiting Marrakech centre or heading out to Ourika. Definitely recommend! And looking forward to coming back

Pros: The location is good, far from the noise. The staff are very professional, helpful and nice. The food was delicious..the service was good as well. I recommend anyone who wants to spend a calm and relaxing holiday to stay at the Palace Jena and enjoy the time there.

Pros: The hotel is comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons: I like everything, but I would prefer a shower cabinet instead of a bathtub only. Bathtub could be slippery.

An oasis

Pros: The hotel's location on a main highway about six kms out of the walled city turned out to be perfect -- an oasis to escape to while being near enough to flag down a shared taxi and get into the medina at minimal cost. Behind the hotel is a quiet garden and two good-sized swimming pools. Breakfast was a generous buffet. Quite a spread! The best thing of all was the staff -- everyone polite, kind, courteous and helpful, from the cleaner to the boss.

Pros: Palace jena was amazing! Affordable and huge rooms, the food selection was wonderful and the reception staff were incredibly helpful! The spa downstairs was very relaxing. There are two pools and the grounds are beautiful. Facilities in the room were great and staff were so helpful when we said that there is no WiFi coverage in the room they came and fixed this immediately.

Cons: We didn't notice the pool wasn't cleaned often, especially the larger one. Location is okay but is a little far from main town
