Very relaxing stay, would highly recommend

Pros: An absolutely beautiful hotel, very stylish and comfortable. The staff were exceptional - friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious with great coffee. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was also fantastic, lovely Moroccan wine selection.

Cons: Nothing!

Beautiful hotel, good atmosphere, we were unlucky with the weather, but I’m sure that when the sun shines it is even bet

Pros: Beautifully decorated rooms, especially dining room

Cons: They had problems with the hot water on two days

A perfect place to be with family to relax after having a few days staying in the city.

Pros: Beautiful, relaxing, peaceful and special. The surroundings were lovely, staff were helpful and friendly. Food and wine was delicious. The fabrics, decor, and finish were outstanding.

Cons: It was difficult not to like anything. The room type was slightly misleading when booking on booking.com. We booked with a sofa bed, but it was an additional cost at the hotel per night when we arrived.

Relaxing, cultural, bliss

Pros: The property is beautiful and the staff are excellent, there is a slight language barrier but they couldn’t be more pleasant

Cons: Lack of hot water at times but this didn’t have an effect on our stay

Pros: A beautiful and peaceful stay here, the food was beautiful and the service was excellent throughout our stay

Living up to its name this is a truly magical place

Pros: Firstly the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Their service was effortless! Absolutely beautiful grounds sitting amongst 150 olive trees. Lovely rooms, fantastic pool and delicious food in the restaurant.

Cons: It was in the middle of nowhere so could go off site really unless you booked excursion

Pros: Really lovely resort and in a very peaceful setting away from the bustle of Marrakesh. The resort is secluded & well maintained . The staff are friendly and very attentive. Overall we had a great stay, only downside was the food and the room shower. We didn’t enjoy the dinner menu at all, lunch was ok and breakfast was probably the best of the bunch. The shower drains extremely slowly and it was very unpredictable in temperature going from hot to cold continuously. Otherwise beautiful room with a lovely little private terrace. We would come back again as it was very welcoming and peaceful.

An oasis

Pros: A beautiful place. Very well appointed rooms, good pool and excellent food. Laid back but service is to a high standard.

Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities. With a few small, easy, tweaks could be exceptional

Pros: Beautiful property, with great facilities, gorgeous restaurant with open log fire, lovely pool and super comfy beds. We had a great hammam and massage and the breakfasts were amazing. Some excellent staff and with a few small tweaks it would be at the level we were expecting from previous reviews.

Cons: Would have been nice to have been offered a drink on arrival whilst they did passport bits etc. Better lighting in the dressing area - v difficult to see! Mojito making practice needed (tried twice and both awful) and it was a shame our hamman and massage experience, which were excellent, ended with an abrupt “goodbye” and not being taken back down to the lounge area and being offered water/ a drink. Also surprised to be billed for water round the pool when it was served as if it was complimentary - and frankly should be in such a property (as it was in the Riad we subsequently stayed in)
