Pros: The staff was so nice, helpfull and kind - They really helped us out in a stressful situation, but besides they were all so sweet. 🙏 The food was really good, the surrindings was quiet and the pool area is nice. We enjoyed the gym and also went on quad bike tour in Agafay, that was awesome. We did Hamam and had massage at the spa. That was just what We needed after cold days summiting Toubkal. Thanks for all your help, for your kindness and for making sure our stay was great!

Peaceful and relaxing but could do with some improvements
Pros: the hotel is quite small (which we liked) and the facilities good - heated pool, ping pong, boules, with a restaurant too. Limited menu for lunch and dinner (which you’re kind of restricted to if you don’t want to go into Marrakesh (30 mins away). Bar area was closed when we were there and it would have been good to have an alternative area to eat/drink and a little more variety.
Cons: We arrived just after a wedding had taken place and it took the team about two days it seem during our stay to recover from it and clear up. This unfortunately made the place look tired and unkept on arrival. I’m not sure we even had clean towels on arrival as they were smelly and the were pool towels rather than bathroom towels. Perhaps short staffed from the wedding event and on catch up with laundry?? We stayed in the riad (2 x rooms inside) and the bathrooms could definitely do with some tlc - cracked Tiles Around shower, dirty grout, smell musty, mouldy towel ladder etc. it felt a disappointment compared to other communal areas. This place could be great, but needs some TLC and renovating. We also had the issue of our daughter riding one of the horses. It’s NOT safe. The horse was lead outside the hotel grounds and it went out of control and bolted throwing my daughter off. We were lucky no broken bones or hospital treatment was required!! Be warned! If you’re Going to ride a horse, make sure it’s kept on the lunge rope and stay in the schooling area only.

Wonderful stay with family in a gem of a hotel
Pros: An absolute gem of a hotel about 30 minutes from central Marrakesh, with tennis court, heated pool, pétanque, table tennis, gym and riding stables. All the facilities of a bigger hotel on a smaller scale and incredible value.
Cons: Nothing really- being 30 mins out of town won’t suit everybody but they have incredibly good and prompt drivers who can take you anywhere.

Very nice place and comfortable stay
Pros: It was a very nice stay in Villa Katia. I enjoyed it a lot personeel they are nice and friendly plus hardworking 10/10 for them. The place is big and there are a lot of activities. It is very comfortable there.
Cons: I think the location but if you want to be far from the city and have a relax time it is for you.

Pros: We had been cycling for 8 days and they looked after our boxes used for transporting our bikes on the plane while we were away. The staff here are so welcoming and friendly, the rooms and facilities were amazing and they couldn't do enough for you.I will definitely use it next time I am in Morocco.
