Pros: Park Hyatt Marrakech is one of the best hotels I have ever visited. The staff is extremely well trained, friendly, and helpful. The suites, the pools, and the spa are beautifully designed. The food and service were also excellent. I absolutely loved my stay and highly recommend it.

Pros: I must give a special mention to all the staff — from the doormen, concierge, and front desk to housekeeping, and the waiters and waitresses at the restaurants — who made my stay with my family a truly incredible experience. The facilities were immaculate, with beautiful pools, and the rooms were amazing. Park Hyatt has never disappointed me, but this was possibly my best experience yet.

Cons: Nothing - everything was perfect.

Incredible and beautiful hotel with fantastic service & food

Pros: The Park Hyatt Marrakech is an absolutely stunning hotel, with incredibly kind and supportive staff. I was hesitant to book at first as I had seem some mixed reviews, but having been, I would assume those previous mixed reviews are due to the hotel not long being open. However I can confirm that it was an absolutely beautiful hotel and location, and a LOT cooler than staying in the centre of Marrakech as there was a breeze off of the golf course and mountains. The restaurants offered a wide choice and absolutely delicious food, including lots of non-alcoholic cocktail options. We also did a 4 hour private tour with a local that the hotel booked for us, and this was very interesting. I highly recommend this!

Pros: My recent stay at Park Hyatt was truly outstanding. The hotel’s atmosphere, comfort, and elegance exceeded all my expectations. However, what made this experience truly memorable was the impeccable service I received throughout my stay. I would like to give special thanks to the team of Nour-edinne, Zakaria, Hamza, Fatima zahra, reda and Oussama. Their hospitality, professionalism, and warm attitude made a real difference. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and their personal attention made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Thanks to them, I had a wonderful experience and I will definitely be returning in the future insha/allah 🤲🏽🤲🏽

If the food was improved, it would be almost perfect.

Pros: Newly built, beautiful property with a golf course adjacent. Wonderful view of the Atlas Mountains.

Cons: There is still some development happening so some noise from machinery, building work, etc. Sadly, whilst most things were good or very good, the food was mostly pretty awful. Occasionally inedible.
