Pros: Localisation was in great place. Ruad is really nice experience to stay.
Cons: Smell is very special there, not like it. In the bathroom there was no privacy. Light was very poor in the room.

Pros: The place is really traditional, the welcoming tea and cake was amazing. Most of the staffs are very nice and helpful. The place is near the market, in the center of Medina.
Cons: Ordering their extra service outside of bookings was not very pleasant, communication of money is not very clear. There was no warm water in our room.

Pros: Riad is a good location inside Medina at close distance to Jamma al Fna and next to bazar. Keep in mind the fact that some of the room do not have windows. A big plus for host ( special thanks to Amine) and all others. Breakfast was good enough but same in all days.

The best place to stay in marakesh
Pros: The property was very clean to a high standard ..beautifully decorated and a great location with a 5 min walk to the souk 10 min walk to main square 15 min walk to Koutbia mosque …Amine who manages the property is such a kind man with a big heart ..he was happy to walk me around and show me directions and help with anything I needed ..he made my stay very comfortable…the lady who cleans and does breakfast is also very sweet ..always made delicious traditional Morrocon breakfast for me and my son with a warm welcoming smile …been Marakesh many times and this riad is by far the best I’ve been too ..absolutely recommend for the location..the hospitality ..and for a great comfortable stay
Cons: The property was just beautiful with spacious rooms and lovely terrace

Hidden gem!
Pros: The location is prime. A few minutes walk and you are into the Souk, which is what we wanted. Staff at the location are exceptional meeting every need. It would be injustice to the review if I did not mention how amazing Yousuf was. I must say it was his hospitality that made staying at La Fayette great. If we describe going way and beyond to accommodate then that is Yousuf. I have visited Marakech a few times but this has now become my new found favourite.
Cons: Wifi is weak, so I recommend purchasing a sim if you are someone requiring continuous internet.

Wonderful staff, great location
Pros: The staff were wonderful and did everything they could to look after us and make sure we had what we needed. We asked Amine lots of questions and he always answered messages quickly to help, he even came in on his day off to print our boarding passes (you’ll need that if you fly Ryan air). The Riad is in a great location, walking distance to most of the key sites and despite being near to the souks it was quiet. We felt safe at all times, the bed was comfy and the decor was lovely. They have 3-4 WiFi connections across the site so we found we had good access in most places with the same password for all. It was approx 15 min walk to the main square & 20 mins to the bus stop for the airport. Although we had to walk through the souks with our bags on the way in, we knew a better way going back so it was much easier.
Cons: Our room was a little smaller than we had expected but the others seemed bigger so I think we were unlucky with that. It would be helpful to have some hooks in the room as there was nowhere to hang anything. We did arrive to a broken toilet seat but it was quickly fixed when raised.

Nice stay, great staff
Pros: Location was great, the staff were really lovely. Our suite was big and it had windows into the courtyard so we had natural light (not all rooms have that). The decor was very nice and the bed was pretty comfortable. The rooftop was nice too
Cons: The room had a pretty strong drains smell, which is probably the case with many riads but just something to note. The windows do not have glass in them so even with the shutters closed you do hear everything that happens in the riad. It did not really bother us much but if you are a light sleeper or like to make noise this could be an issue.

Overall great, maybe one of the best trips ever.
Pros: Very central in the medina, location was next to one of few places in marrakech that sell alcohol too which can be nice sometimes. The staff was awesome, maybe the best I’ve had helping us with everything from A-Z. Breakfast is worth it as most places don’t open too early, offering traditional moroccan breakfast. To go to the square takes you about 5-10 minutes depending on the crowd inside medina, which was not bad at all.
Cons: Internet could be stronger inside the rooms, was almost unavailable at all times. This can be fixed easily though. I tried with both wifi and phone network but both weak so i recommend buying an extender.

Nice and clean place, okay location, friendly staff
Pros: Friendly staff, with special mention to Said who, straight from arrival, gave us some tips on Marrakech/Morocco as a whole. Clean rooms, clean place generally. Nicely designed riad overall. Good mint tea.
Cons: At breakfast a boiled egg would be welcomed, maybe instead of the triangle of cheese spread, to tame the overall sweetness of the meal (from honey, jam, orange juice, baghrir, butter).
