We had a lovely time and a brilliant holiday loved the Riad and Marrakesh

Pros: Really nice breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. The only downside was the worry about finding our way back to the Riad through the maze of souks. We eventually saw that as a challenge and adventure 😊 it would have helped to have a better sign even on the street of the Riad

Pros: Riad Karmela Princess is absolutely stunning. The decor is beautiful and full of Moroccan detail, and the location is perfect, right in the Medina, but still calm and comfortable. The staff were super kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the rooftop is a great spot to relax after exploring Marrakech, with a cute jacuzzi. . Everything was clean, cozy, and well organized. Definitely a great choice for anyone visiting the city.

Happy, comfortable, stress free stay… exactly what you need in such a bustling city.

Pros: Beautiful concept of several riads together as one hotel and spa. Roof terraces, plunge pools and the most hospitable, helpful staff we have encountered in a long time. Massive bed in a large clean room and decent WiFi.

Cons: Breakfast was good but not as good as everything else

Fabulous stay at the Karmela an oasis of calm and tranquility in the vibrant city of Marrakech

Pros: Location was perfect for us once we found our bearings. All the staff were so helpful and kind, even taking us to a nearby cafe on our first day for lunch. We felt very cared for and well looked after. There was a good selection at breakfast and omelettes made on request. The Karmela was an oasis of calm and tranquility, our room was lovely with its own roof terrace.

You will never be looked after anywhere else as much as here

Pros: Nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful team. Hakam in particular was exceptional. Highly recommended.

We loved everything about our stay!

Pros: Our stay at Riad Karmela Princesse was absolutely fantastic and completely made our stay in Marrakech! We were a group of 4 friends and booked a family suite. I messaged the Riad in advance and asked for 4 separate beds. All communication with the Riad was promptly replied to. The information email from the Riad we received at the time of booking was really helpful, we used the Riad for transfers from and to the airport, there's no way we would have found our way there without their transfer. Our room was perfect, Riad Karmela and Karmela Princesse are absolutely stunning. We ate there on the first night and it was one of our best meals of our stay. Breakfast was fab too. The staff honestly cannot do enough for you, thank you to Mohamed, Hakim and Majid and all the staff at both Riads they really did make our stay so special.

Worth recommending

Pros: Beautiful place to stay. Inconspicuous from the outside, beautifully furnished inside. Comfortable rooms, tea set, fresh fruit in the room every day, delicious breakfasts. Very helpful and friendly staff, nothing is impossible for them, you have everything you ask for. The Riad made our trip to Marrakesh unforgettable.

Pros: Location is great as close to the square and the souks. You can book your activities directly with the riad if that's your preference. The hospitality is second to none. Great staff that are attentive and aim to make your stay as enjoyable as possible!

Exceptional stay with amazing host

Pros: The property provided excellent hospitality for the duration of our stay. The staff accommodated us in every way possible, providing information, looking after our needs and the food and ambience was excellent. The location of the property is exceptional, just two minutes walk from the medina. The property is kept to an exceptionally high standard, very clean and constantly maintained. Our room was fantastic and cleaned every day. There is a nice terrace to take in some sunshine on the rooftop. The staff are very helpful and even arranged a taxi to the nightclub. Overall we would highly recommend, the staff and host couldn’t do enough for us. Well done 😀
