Héritage Lalla Aicha Hotel & Spa

Pros: Everything was excellent! Location, hotel, food, rooms and staff. The staff were the best iv experienced at a hotel. Absolutely amazing, made us feel at home every day. Would recommend this hotel 10000%

Cons: Nothing. Hotel was amazing. I didnt like the bikes going through the market but nothing to blame hotel for.

Our holiday was even more magical because of our stay in Riad Lalla Aicha.

Pros: The riad is located just a few steps from the beautiful souks and the Jemaa El-Fna square, which makes it very easy for everyone to enjoy Marrakech by walking. There are gorgeous rooftop terraces where you could enjoy your mint tea, coffee or breakfast and listen to the call for prayer or the birds singing. The staff is exceeding all expectations of hospitality, meeting all your needs before you even realised you have them. The team's warm welcome, Ouhammou and Abdoul, and everyone else catering to us in every way possible, was a highlight in our stay. They were always available for all of our questions, we had our own keys to enter and exit the riad and we felt very welcome. We would be very happy to go back during our next stay in Marrakech.

Cons: There's nothing that could be listed as a dislike. This riad is an absolute gem in the sea of options in Marrakech.

Pros: Beautiful terrace, relaxing Pool & SPA Area, lovely staff, which is reading every wish from your eyes and little „pets“ (a cat and a tiny turtle) i highly recommend this accomodation as I had the best time there!

Cats are the most lovely animals around, i felt in love to one specific cat.

Pros: The respect about their religion and practice. kindly friendly specially to sell products in a pretty warm country.

Cons: To get lost every single time at the Medina and find my way back to Raid.

Pros: We were so grateful for the really friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond for us during our stay. The riad is a peaceful haven in such a central location and the breakfast provided was soooo good! We booked this riad for the start of our trip, and were so happy with it, that we booked again for the end of our trip. Thank you!

Excellent stay in great location with fabulous breakfast.

Pros: Location of this riad is excellent in the medina, off a small alley, just a few minutes walk from the Jemaa el-Fnaa square. Bedrooms were nicely decorated, clean, and a very comfortable bed (for us!). Breakfast was excellent, in the roof terrace. No complaints at all, and the staff are very welcoming and do their best to accommodate your needs. Would repeat ourselves, and recommend to anyone asking.
