Pros: Achmed was a perfect host! We enjoyed our stay and definitely the nice breakfast!

Pros: A great welcome to Marrakesh! Nice staff and heated rooms. Very close to everything.

Cons: Finding the place can be difficult, but google helped us, and the taxi driver really came close even though it is very central in the souk.

Pros: I had an excellent stay at the hotel, and I would like to especially highlight the outstanding service provided by Lashain. They were incredibly polite, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. Lashain went above and beyond to assist with everything I needed, always with a warm smile and a positive attitude. Their dedication and kindness made my experience even better. A big thank you to Lashain for making my stay so comfortable.

Cons: The location is not good for taxi, and every where we have to walk with the luggage ,

I think it is rhe best option in the medina!

Pros: The localisation and the personel . The localisation is in the middle of the medina. It is really close to everywhere and very silent at the same time. The owner and the staff are ready to help you whatever you need.

Cons: The smell is a little bit problematic but everywhere in the neiberhood the smell is a problem. As usual in the medina, the pool is used as an estetic addition.

Pros: The riad is absolutely gorgeous, the common spaces as much as the rooms, and the rooftop as well! The location is perfect to explore the medina but what makes the real difference is the staff: the employees are extremely kind and welcoming and I can’t wait to be back! I definitely recommend this riad!

Gorgeous Riad

Pros: A fabulous Riad. Very warm and welcoming staff. Delicious breakfast (slightly different each day) on the wonderful roof terrace. Lovely and quiet at night time.

Cons: Nothing - all good.

Lovely cosy Riad in heard of the medina 💕

Pros: Beautiful design, very new, cosy and stylisch! Everything as in the pictures! Breakfast on the roofttop terasse really lovely 💕 In the heart of the medina. Easy communication via Whatsapp before arrival. Organisation of the transport to the airport for very conciderate price (20€ for 4 people).

Cons: At the moment a littel difficult to find but a sign will be installed. So long there should be help for the first arrival. Google does not help because it shows a wrong way. Took us 30min to find. The cook and cleaning lady is a little grumpy and very considered of not giving more than is needed or payed for. (We asked about an egg one morning for the little children and were very harshly reminded of „not in the service“ and charged 1€ extra per egg which seems a little overdone considering the price if the riad. There was a very good espresso machine on the first morning wich we used twice each but were reminded every time that there is coffe in a mug (that was no good at all) and next morning, the machine was gone. We were 15 min too late back in the hotel for checkout but the cleaning lady was already in our room and had removed the towels)
