A beautiful riad with warm hospitality

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Riad Tonaroz Gold, a beautiful and culturally rich riad full of traditional Moroccan charm and a peaceful atmosphere. The property was spotlessly clean and very well maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The food was delicious and freshly prepared, adding to the overall experience. We would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience true Moroccan hospitality.

Loved the hotel and the staff here!

Pros: Really loved the hotel. It’s in a quite area and the room is big and clean. They have pick up and drop off car service for free and arrange everything smoothly. So for the first time travel to Marrakesh it’s just perfect and feel so safe. The people are very very kind and lovely. You can feel real caring service here. If you need a car, they will also help to do it. WiFi also good. Everything just perfect. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

Perfect in everyway

Pros: Very clean riad and helpful staff great place to stay, plenty of restaurants local and a little bit out of the way of the mayhem of the centre and close to the airport

The overall experience was good.

Pros: Rooms were large and clean. Bathroom was so big there was an echo when I talked. The rooms were more hotel-like then some of the other reids. Breakfast was good (pancakes, eggs, cake, bread, coffee/tea) made to order. Overall a good experience.

Cons: There was no shuttle to the Medina. I was told to call a cab. It cost 50 MAD to get there and 100 MAD to get home (at 9pm). Initially I was told the airport shuttle would cost 15 euros, however it was comped when I showed them the listing indicating the airport shuttle was free. Can't complain, the overall experience was good.

The Best Exotic Marrakech Hotel

Pros: The staff and especially Ali were very kind and helpful. They accommodated our schedule, gave us advice about Marrakech (the souks) and travel advice. The room was well presented and exceptionally clean, the shared area looked like an oasis. The breakfast was delicious and they even offered to pack us some breakfast when we had to catch an early train.

Cons: The distance was a little further out than some other roads.

Beautiful Riad with fantastic staff!

Pros: It was beautiful and brand new. It had incredibly spacious rooms and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

Cons: I had a huge issue with the air conditioning inside the rooms. I don’t feel it was powerful enough to have a cool and well rested sleep. It might be worth reconsidering the positioning of the Air unit to above the bed opposed to the bathroom door.

Fabulous stay and stay - 10/10

Pros: Fabulously private, clean and green. Very easy access from the airport and into the medina. Amazing communication from the team to arrange my airport pick up and their drivers were very helpful, safe and trustworthy. The breakfast was delicious and generous, and the room was extremely comfortable. Khalid the receptionist was also an exceptional host. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly for an easy and smooth welcome to Moroccan hospitality

Peaceful and relaxing stay

Pros: I booked half board to avoid being directly in the city and it was perfect — great food, very clean, and beautifully quiet. Woke up to birdsong, which was amazing. Location is spot on: close to both the airport and the Medina. Staff were friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful. Couldn’t ask for more.
