Nice affordable quaint riad close to the souks

Pros: Friendly staff, nearby the souks - 30 min walk to the main square for markets and are walking through the market streets itself, good breakfast.

Cons: Maybe more food in the breakfast.

Pros: We were picked up from airport and had a wonderful stay. Easy to walk to everything. Comfy beds and rooms. Breakfast was lovely, fresh coffee and orange juice and selection of local breads. Staff were so helpful.

Excellent service in a surpringly good location

Pros: The staff at Riad Ajebel is exceptional. Imen and Ahmed went out of their way to make us comfortable. We ate dinner there the first night and it was one of the best meals we had in Marrakech. Breakfast was typically Moroccan but slightly different each morning. The Kasbah neighborhood was terrific, although about a 15 minute walk from the center souks, it was less chaotic and the nearby restaurants were less crowded and a good value. It was also easy to get a taxi to the airport or distant neighborhoods. The rooftop patio offers a lovely spot to read.

Cons: I could hear the traffic late into the night and airplanes departing early in the morning, but I imagine noise is a problem no matter where you stay in Marrakech.

Very nice and comfortable

Pros: Very conveniently located. Easily walkable and not in the crowded part. Good eateries in the area

Cons: There is nothing we didn’t like except maybe the packed breakfast for a very early departure that was not at all worth it’s price but it is a minor detail.

Great stay!

Pros: Property is gorgeous, room was very clean and bathroom really nice! The breakfast was great every morning and always a little different. Room was cleaned everyday and the staff were so lovely and helpful!

Cons: It’s right next to a main road, so is a little noisy and it is also at the bottom of the Medina, so at least a 20 minute walk to the centre, but these things didn’t bother us. Unfortunately, the shower pressure was not good but that was our only issue!
