Redmoon Villa & Riad

Pros: Villa was very nice and clean Ismail was very good and very helpful.

Cons: It a recommendation that please install hand shower in the toilet. It's not nice to clean with tissue. Some of the door need fixing and couple of bed room need curtains.

Excellent to stay , quiet and comfortable place , clean and convenient to go to Marrakesh City.

Pros: The Manager is helpful and nice , he do the best if we need anything .

Cons: I think the room need tea and coffee facilities , at least has bottle in the room , and need wardrobe, simple one still ok, at least can put clothes in the shelves and hang them up . Then it will be perfect

Peaceful stay in Marrakech

Pros: Room, bed and balcony where spot on and we had a very enjoyable few days. Ismail was a fantastic host and nothing was too much trouble. Also very nice breakfast and specially cooked evening meal

Quiet and spaces common area

Pros: We group of 10 friends, 5 couples stayed 4 nights. We had a pleasant stay. Hotel staff were brilliant, very helpful. This is a family run business and the person in charge was Ismail, is very helpful. We had to leave early for one of the excursions and Ismail and Yahya made sure the breakfast was ready earlier than 8am. Breakfast was ok. Property is about 6km from city centre but we managed to get taxi within 5-7mins walking distance or sometimes outside the hotel. Very good place to stay for group of 10-12, there is a large communal area in basement for the group to gather.

Cons: No tea making facility in the room but we have used the kitchen in the basement to make tea/coffee. we’ve been given same breakfast every day, on 4th day we’ve got bored with same breakfast.

Pros: Staying at this villa in Marrakesh was amazing. The property itself is beautifully designed and tucked away from the rush and noise of the city. Making it the perfect place to unwind after exploring the busy streets of Marrakesh. Which is exaxtly what I needed. What truly made my stay unforgettable was Ismail. From the moment I arrived, he took care of me in every possible way. His kindness and genuine hospitality made me feel completely at home. He arranged transportation, offered fantastic recommendations, and ensured that everything I needed was handled with care and attention. The food and breakfast were very good. A memorable stay!

Great location just outside of the chaos of Marrakech, with everything you need

Pros: It’s new, has good amentities and Ismail is a great host. He is available to help with all requests and is very hospitable

Pros: It was great for a short stay after arriving on a later flight at the airport. Good value, suited our requirement for a quick layover. Tea was provided on arrival. The breakfast was filling and kindly served for us a little earlier than usual because we had an early departure. Did not use the pool, but the pool and garden area looked pleasant and relaxing.

Cons: There was no bottled water available on arrival but a member of staff did go to the market to get some for us that evening.

Pros: Everything was so good, the people are so nice and helpful
