Words cannot describe how fantastic Al Fassia is!
Pros: Words cannot describe how wonderful our time at Al Fassia was! From the moment we got there we were welcomed by friendly staff, it is so serene and the staff could not have done any more for us. The room was big, bathroom too and it was beautifully decorated and cleaned every day. Food was absolutely amazing and spa services were excellent too. Do not hesitate to book!!
Cons: Wifi in our room was not great/non-existent at times but we were in a room further away from the centre of the hotel.

Cons: Area is not very interesting, but short taxiride from airport and medina.

A paradise in the heart of Marrakesh
Pros: This hotel is a paradise in the middle of Marrakesh. The rooms are very large and very clean. I have rarely encountered hotel staff who are so incredibly friendly and courteous. The breakfast is very generous. There is a restaurant in the hotel that serves such fantastic food that we didn't leave the hotel at all to eat out. The location is good, everything is within walking distance. If you are good on your feet, otherwise taxis are inexpensive and you can get anywhere in a few minutes. Conclusion: We will come back to experience this wonderful hotel again. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

A wonderful hotel with a popular restaurant that serves traditional Moroccan food made with love and served with happine
Pros: Had a fabulous week staying here, made to feel genuinely welcome in what is a superb family run Hotel with its own separate Restaurant that has featured on the BBC series ‘Remarkable Places to eat’ where they rated the Shoulder of Lamb as ‘the best meal in Marrakesh’. The onsite restaurant is stunning and offers a good menu with exceptional quality food and the Shoulder of Lamb to share at 650dh was so good we went back two days later and had it again It is a great base to stay and explore Marrakesh or further if you book a car or travel trip. It is not in walking distance of any of the attractions but we chose not to be because in so doing we avoided all the hustle and bustle of crowds of people and traffic jams of the centre We also used the in house Spa for Hammam and massage and will definitely come back again The staff are wonderful. Helpful, friendly and attentive and most with good language skills in addition to Arabic and French, sufficient English for our needs.
Cons: Nothing. It was exactly as we imagined it to be from the pictures.

Beautiful hotel and impeccable service
Pros: The hotel is beautiful - the bedrooms, common rooms, gardens, the interior courtyard, the pool is gorgeous. The restaurant was also excellent. The staff were kind and attentive, the rooms were immaculately cleaned every day, very comfortable stay. Highly recommend
Cons: The one downside is its proximity to the main road but it did not take away from how much we enjoyed our stay

Relaxing stay in easily accessible hotel which was hidden away relaxing oasis
Pros: Very helpful and courteous staff, lovely breakfast and pool area. Our room was spacious and the hotel is linked to an extremely good popular restaurant .
Cons: The airplanes overflying the hotel were a bit noisy at times but a minor issue and did not impact on our stay

Absolutely incredible!!!!
Pros: It was immaculately clean, gorgeous architecture, fantastic facilities including the pool. Incredible staff who anticipated every need and thought we had, always with a smile. Great food in the restaurant too. I could not recommend more, we loved our stay so much and can’t wait to come back.
Cons: Nothing, we loved everything.
