Great hotel with great staff and all as described!

Pros: Lovely property containing 10 room with a square courtyard style where you can eat Ideal location being only a 5 euro ride into the centre of town and roughly 10 minutes. Next to 100m a small patisserie and supermarket (next to petrol station) and 300m to row of shops with pizza / chicken wings etc. Staff are fantastic! Can’t do anymore for you. Bring coffee to the room for us, bought us some tagine cookers 4 euro (local price ) for 2! Euseph and his partner worked day on/off by the looks of it and also the female chefs WhatsApp for comms on the daily menu ordering for breakfast lunch dinner but we ate out on occasion to fit around excursions. Excursions found hotel fine! No issues Airport transfers both ways - fine!

Cons: Swimming pool unfortunately isn’t the best due to the outside one being so small and the other next door with no heating and not also in direct sunlight to heat up so no tanning by the pool. .

Convenient to airport

Pros: Its location was good for me and the staff were friendly. Plus a free lift to the airport

Cons: The shower is a little tricky so make sure the floor drain is clicked up or you may get a little flood

Fantastic stay, fantastic staff and fantastic property.

Pros: Property was very clean. I felt very safe and looked after by Youssef and Hicham. When we arrived, we were welcome with beautify Moroccan tea and Moroccan biscuit, which was delicious. We had the all inclusive option and we were provided with hot meals 3 times a day and with Variety. Youssef and Hicham were responsive. There was hot water and the bed was comfy and heavenly.

Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like

Pros: Amazing Riad! So beautiful! The most kind service especially from Hicham who was so welcoming every morning making us breakfast and especially early at 7am before our flight! Amazing communication and great location! Would definitely return!

Good place to stay while exploring Marrakech

Pros: Lovely room, excellent food, Youssef & Hicham as hosts are so happy to help with booking trips, taxis and helping with anything needed. They are truly an asset to the Riad.

Pros: First of all, staff are very efficient and friendly. It felt like we’re not only guests but friends. Gisham and Youssef are excellent workers. Riad Azia is very lucky to have such fine workers like them. The facilities are so clean, room is very comfortable. Airport transfers are free. And most of all, the food are so good especially the beef tajia is our favourite. Food serving is plenty. We will miss this Riad. I was sad leaving today. Thank you also to the friendly drivers Imad and Hassan. We definitely recommend this Riad..100%

Pros: Youssef and Hisham made our stay incredibly easy from start to finish , they were both very good help!! From welcoming us into the hotel, to organizing a shuttle bus to the airport and breakfast to take with us for an early flight , would recommend this place for comfort and for easy organisation.

Great stay near the airport

Pros: The location is very convenient, close to the airport. Parking was easy and without any issues. The host kindly waited for us despite our late arrival, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was very nice. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.
