Lovely and confortable stay

Pros: The property is sited in the old town and its a lovely riad. The rooms are decorated really nice. They offer us a hammam and its a nice experience. The Spa they have it’s beautiful. The staff takes care of you all time

Comfortable, safe and allowed us to have an amazing long weekend in Marrakech!

Pros: Really good breakfast, set us up perfectly for busy days exploring the old town! Great location, very close to the airport and easy to get to many attractions and meant we could make the most of our short trip. The riad was immaculate and well looked after by staff who were also very accommodating and helpful at arranging transport and providing recommendations - they even arranged a pre packed breakfast when we were going to miss breakfast due to an early start for an excursion.

Great riad where to stay when visiting Marrakech.

Pros: Staff was great! Really helpful! Room was great! Very quiet in general. Hardly seen anyone in the days I stayed apart from staff who were very friendly and would help with anything! Breakfast was lovely!

Cons: Cold water is minimal, plenty of hot, cold trickled out of shower very slow. To note - riad is set back off Main Street, down alleys, it could be a bit nervous for some to begin, but please do not worry about this! The locals they ask questions at first, but they are not negative to you in anyway, after a couple of days they l recognise you and just general chat! Please do not judge people as they are friendly and helpful and even once lost will help re direct you.

Pros: Great location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Fresh breakfast which set us up for the day. The riad was clean with towels for the plunge pool and small shower soap in bathroom.

Cons: It would be nice if a small bottle of water was provided free of charge each day when the room is cleaned as we were charged for it after day one. Especially considering the heat during the summer.

Relaxing stay in beautiful, clean Riad with the most helpful staff

Pros: Our stay at Riad Cologne & Spa was the best start to our trip in Marrakesh. Mohammed was the most helpful, and welcoming host we could have hoped for - organising a transfer to pick us up at the airport, then walking us right to the front door. Pros: We loved our stay here. Really nice staff, great breakfast served on the roof-top, lovely pool and sun beds, impeccable rooms, hammam and massage in-house, very secure environment, local hospital and pharmacy next door, walking distance to the souks. Just the real Marrakech experience at a very reasonable price. I can only highly recommend this wonderful secret garden. 🌸🐪🌴🫶

Pros: The staff was really amazing, the pool area was perfect after a busy day in the Medina and the breakfast was consistently delicious!

Cons: The windows were not super strong so we could hear a lot of noise during the night.

Pros: Great breakfast, clean rooms, was worried about noise as rooms face a courtyard, but all guests were respectful and no issues with noise. Hammam and massage room is conveniently located downstairs, Zouhair is always there to help us arrange it, as well as other excursions if needed.

Cons: Maybe the location is not so central, so it needs about 10 mins walk to the Medina but it wasn’t so bad, and the amenities could include toothpaste and shampoo.
