Riad Jawad & Spa

Pros: The place is idyllic, the gardens are stunning, the decorations amazing. Staff is very friendly, especially in the restaurant and reception

Cons: Location is remote. Taxis need to be booked in advance and is a rate of 150dirhams (approx 15 euro) for Marrakesh city, that makes moving tricky. Even tours ask for additional charge for pick up. If you planning 3-4 says of total relax and quiet and don't need to explore the surroundings or if you come with a rental car is the place for you! Internet was up and down.

True paradise on the outskirts of Marrakech

Pros: The whole garden, decoration and restaurant. We were there in extreme cold and rainy day and the rooms were warm and the restaurant made the best to make us comfortable. Delicious food and a super sweet dog “Rio”.

Cons: Due to the extreme cold we had to leave air conditioning on all night and that is a bit noisy but tolerable. Also reception is away from rest so we needed to wait a few minutes to check in and check with not knowing what to do…

A little piece of paradise

Pros: The staff the garden and pool beautiful rooms. For me the bed was too hard. The staff helped us with a better room with a slightly softer bed. But i would have liked a memory foam mattress. That would have been marvellous. But i dont know if it is even possible to find in Marocco. Everything is clean, quiet, smells wonderful beautiful settings the staff is helpful and nice. This is a piece of paradise

Cons: For me the bed was to hard. But it depends on what you like and are used to. I would have liked a kettle in the room to make some tea in the evening. It takes a while for the water to get hot. Maybe a bigger selection of food on the menu. As glutenintolerant and pescetarian the choices are few. But they did provide me with gluten free bread, pancakes and pastries for breakfast

An oasis outside the city

Pros: Beautiful property, immaculately clean. The photos are very accurate, it really is a wonderful oasis. A little outside of the centre, so need to factor taxis into the overall cost. Bar and restaurant staff were very attentive. You can really relax here.

Cons: As others have said, the menu needs some more variety and venue would be much improved with a small snack shop. We also found the dogs quite annoying.

A truly magical escape — relaxing, authentic, and unforgettable

Pros: Everything! This place is like a little oasis. The Riad is small and charming, with a beautiful pool and the most comfortable sun loungers I’ve ever relaxed on. Our room was huge, with a shaded terrace that was perfect for escaping the heat. The space was spotless, authentic, and had everything we could possibly need—exactly what you dream of for a trip to Marrakech. The staff were incredibly kind, warm, and helpful, and we completely fell in love with the resident dogs. Breakfast was fantastic—plenty of choice and everything freshly prepared.

Cons: Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like. The only thing I would mention is that it would have been helpful if it was noted on Booking.com that the Riad is alcohol-free — I did miss having a glass of wine with dinner.

A little Oasis set in lovely grounds with a beautiful pool

Pros: Overall we had a lovely 5 night stay at Riad Jawad. It was almost perfect! The grounds and the pool area were great. As it was a small hotel with only 15 rooms the pool area was quiet and with food available for all three meals the need to go out all the time was not necessary, food quality was great too! The 3 staff members serving at meal times were extremely polite and helpful and went above and beyond to help.

Cons: The bed was much too hard for me, no small kiosk or shop on site to buy drinks or snacks and the same menu for Lunch and Dinner every day Other than those small things it was fabulous

Beautiful, comfortable and hospitable resort.

Pros: The property was very clean and cosy. The layout and overall look of this place added a very nice ambiance to the holiday. The size of the resort helped as we were not constantly bumping into other guests!

Cons: Only negative is that the property is a little out from the main Madina, which meant we had to pay for taxis back & forth every time we left the resort - you cannot walk from the resort to anywhere, however it is perfect if you want a reprieve from all the noise of the main town.

A wonderful boutique paradise with service to die for

Pros: Staff was amazing. In particular Jalil and Yousef who serve in the restaurant. These guys go above and beyond and I would recommend them. They are soo good at their job they blew us away✨

Cons: No gym, special request are not followed up on, so be mindful if you want to make a surprise using staff at the reception.

Pros: Lovely relaxed vibes, great service, clean room that felt cozy. Beautiful dogs to make friends with. Overall would fully recommend

Cons: Coffee and tea in the room would have been nice

Luxurious, Relaxing Stay

Pros: It was quiet and met my preference for wanting a morrocon riad with a luxury feel.

Cons: Having to pay for water. Staff would tell you there was no water available and you need to use from the minibar. Ad stated rooms came with complimentary water. WiFi also wasn’t great in the Jade room.
