Riad Fleur De Sable

A charming riad in the heart of the Medina with exceptionally kind and attentive staff.

Pros: The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, truly making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. As the riad is located in the Medina and not accessible by car, they arranged our airport transfer and personally walked us from the nearest pickup point to the property, which we really appreciated. We received a warm welcome along with useful information about local sights and activities. Throughout our stay, the team was flexible, responsive, and always happy to assist with any questions or requests we had.

Cons: There was nothing in particular that we didn’t like. Just before our arrival there had been heavy rain, and as a result the bathroom was a bit moldy, but it really wasn’t a big issue. It was clear that the staff were already working to fix and improve things as quickly as possible. The building itself is quite old, but that actually adds to the overall charm and authenticity of the experience.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful for our short stay and organised airport transfer for us. Very central location (but a bit hidden away). Appearance and look of room and common areas is great. Good breakfast.

Beautiful Riad in a great location, staff are so friendly

Pros: The Riad is beautiful and an ideal location. The staff are so friendly and do anything for you. Breakfast was delicious and the staff set it up beautifully.

Comfortable rooms and amazing staff!

Pros: The staff were supper friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. This is a traditional riad, we were a group of 12 and we embraced it. The rooms were very pretty. The pool is very small and is more for dipping! The location is very close to the square.

Cons: I loved everything. Everything you would expect from a riad!

Pros: Some of the kindest staff I have ever met, as two female travellers we were made feel so safe and at ease. Room comfortable & spacious, we had an extra bed, heating in room was great for January in Morocco.

Serena Oasis in the madness of the Medina!

Pros: The Riad is in a perfect location, very close to Jemaa el fnna and the souks, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, and next door to there is bar where alcoholic drinks are served. The staff were fantastic and really made our stay special, there are lots of trips and excursions that can be arranged by the manager Mohammed as well as airport transfers, which i would recommend as its not easy to find on arrival. Mohammed also gave us maps and lots of advice as first timers in the city which was so very helpful. Breakfast is served on the rooftop where you have views across the city, this really is a special place to stay and i wouldn't hesitate to book again if we return to Marrakech. Special thanks for making my Birthday trip so memorable, the cake and room decorations were a really special touch and i will never forget this trip

Pros: Very friendly accommodating staff. We met Mohamwd, Hamza, Omar and others who were extremely friendly and helpful. Held on to our bags after we checked out for an early morning balloon trip. No problem.
