Best riad Experience ever !!!!!
Pros: We will never forget this incredible experience , just outstanding from the minute we stepped in the riad we were mesmerized by the elegance and luxury this beautiful riad offers , the rooms OMG and beds very very comfy , the breakfast is the best I had in Marrakech , the staff very friendly and always available for whatever you need , the jacuzzi at night is something else with spectacular view , the owner made us a special dinner on the roof top for a special occasion , every little detail was made sure to be perfect, Our family enjoyed every second of this stay and we will come back for sure , it’s like our second home now so if you read this make sure to keep it clean for us intact !!!!

A rare gem in the heart of the medina!
Pros: Best Riad in Marrakech !!!!! From the moment we arrived, we were immediately captivated by its charm. The staff was impeccable and very friendly, especially our chef. The food was so delicious that we had already tasted Moroccan dishes, but nothing can match this chef, simply incredible. The terrace in the evening is a paradise, with a heated jacuzzi and a breathtaking view of the medina, the perfect combination for an unforgettable evening. Breakfast was prepared with great care and attention to detail, and the view was magnificent. We are surely coming again soon. My new best riad in Marrakech.

Maravilloso Riad en excelente ubicación
Pros: Estupendo Riad muy cerca de la plaza y del zoco. Decoración espectacular. El personal es muy atento y está pendiente de los diferentes requerimientos. Acordad con anticipación los horarios de desayuno y cena. A nosotros no nos encajaban muy bien aunque al final los pudimos solventar. Gracias por una maravillosa estancia. Volveremos.

Geweldig, aanrader voor iedereen!
Pros: Super mooie Riad, schoon, gezellig en heel fijn met twee gezinnen! Heerlijk om te ontbijten op het dakterras of 's middags te genieten van de zon. Ook heel fijn gelegen in de stad op korte afstand van alles wat je wilt zien. Mohammed heeft super goed voor ons gezorgd en konden we heel de dag door appen of zien voor het stellen van vragen.
Cons: Jammer dat we voor het gebruik van de jacuzzi moesten betalen.

Beautiful Riad in a Great Location – But Hot Tub Policy Was Disappointing
Pros: We had a very pleasant stay at Riad Taj Zitoun (Zitoune) in Marrakech. The riad itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The décor is charming and authentic, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming. The location inside the Medina is excellent — close to major landmarks and easy to walk around. There was a maid available from 9 AM to 5 PM if we needed anything, which was very helpful. The manager, Mohammed, was courteous and attentive throughout our stay.
Cons: However, one important point needs clarification. We booked this riad specifically because the hot tub was listed as an included amenity. Upon arrival, we were informed that there was an additional fee to use it. Although we initially agreed, we were then told that we had to provide 10 hours’ advance notice for it to be heated. This was disappointing, especially during a short two-night stay. Even after giving sufficient notice, the water was not properly heated, and our children were unable to enjoy it. We have never experienced a requirement of 10 hours’ notice for a hot tub, particularly when it is advertised as an available facility. Overall, the riad is lovely and the staff are kind, but the lack of transparency regarding the hot tub policy affected our experience.

Incroyable week end
Pros: Riad magnifique avec tout l’équipement nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour ! La literie est très bien et le Riad très propre. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux avec pâtisseries marocaines, œufs etc… nous étions un groupe de 9 personnes et nous manquerons pas de revenir à ce Riad. Le + est que c’est à 5 minutes à pied de la place jemaa el fna. Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil 👍🏽
