Pros: In the hustle and bustle of the medina, this is a colourful and peaceful spot. The breakfast is home made and very tasteful. Having the breakfast ready for us and being able to take our time while eating and lounging was the best part of the day. Definitely worth it’s cost. The hosts are friendly, welcome you with tea and share tips about where to eat and what to go see. The team speaks fluent French, English and some Spanish.

Cons: Being a riad; sound carries, with earplugs you’re fine, shower not amazing, but nothing too bad.

Affordable & high quality

Pros: I had a great stay at this riad in Marrakech. It’s conveniently located within the medina, about a 5-minute walk from the main square and close to a taxi drop-off point. The staff were very welcoming and hospitable, and the lobby, room, and bathrooms were all clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable, and the terrace overlooking the medina was a lovely bonus. I also really appreciated the staff accommodating an early breakfast for my early departure. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Cons: Nothing! Everything was perfect!

Good location, wonderful staff

Pros: -Location: Jemaa el-Fna square is 400 meters away from the Riad and the most important attractions of Marrakech are in walking distance -The host Samir and the staff of the Riad are kind, helpful, and professional. They make you feel welcome at their Riad. On the last day, since I had a morning flight, they made me breakfast even though it was early -My room and bathroom were spacious and clean -The breakfast was very good in my opinion

Cons: I do not have any issue to report

Pros: thanks to everyone, the hotel owner, samir, latifa, fatiha, honestly, l have had a wonderful week with this team, the only thing that bothered me was the cold weather in marrakech during my stay, and of course this is a problem of marrakech and the hotel has nothing to do with it, in the future, I will be visiting the hotel again before the end of next year,my big thanks to everyone.

Lovely and familiar Riad located in the heart of the Medina

Pros: This a very lovely and familiar Riad located in the heart of the Medina. The staff was the friendliest and more helpful that we have seen in quite a while. You feel like part of their family as soon as you cross the door, their recommendations were great, their attention spotless and we could not recommend enough to spend at least a few nights with them!

A gem! The best place to stay in Marrakech!

Pros: Riad N10 is the place to stay in Marrakech! It's located in the old town of Marrakech, in the middle of the souk action yet on a quiet side alley away from the hassle. It's owned by a lovely French-Moroccan couple and all the staff is super friendly and helpful. The whole place is decorated with good taste and is super cozy. Plus everything is exactly the way shown in the pictures. The breakfast was the best we had in Morocco! If I ever come back to Marrakech, I will definitely stay here (and see how their 5-weeks old kitten has grown up! ;D)!

Exceptional stay

Pros: This was my favourite stay in all of morroco!! the host Samir was so kind and welcoming, the room was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, location was good and with easy signage. They had a terrace rooftop and each floor was beautifully decorated. Would recommend this road to anyone coming to Marrakech

Cons: No place to leave your staff in the room and bathroom but we stayed only for 1 night so we didn't mind.

Beautiful traditional Riad in Marrakesh

Pros: Beautiful traditional Road very near city centre. Lovely room with nice bed and shower. Delicious breakfast and super nice and friendly staff. Highly recommend for a stay in Marrakesh
