Amazing staff and service

Pros: Staff was excellent! So helpful and kind. The Riad is located in the middle of the Medina, so most things are in walking distance.

A peaceful oasis to escape the hustle and bustle of the Medina.

Pros: Our stay was phenomenal. The room was beautiful, with a separate shower and WC. The bed was comfortable and we were welcomed into the room with beautiful scents from a wax melt candle. The staff were extremely accommodating and polite, always checking in with us to ensure a smooth visit. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was excellent - we looked forward to it every morning. The location was awesome, with all the major souks and sights within a 15min walk. We would love to stay again! Thank you for having us.

Cons: The pool was empty during our stay, but I’m sure it is filled during the summer months. Other than that, we cannot fault our Riad experience!

Fantastic

Pros: Central location - close to Jemaa el-Fnaa. Walkable to most attractions. Fantastic restaurants & roof top bars nearby. Very quiet even with the hustle and bustle outside. Lovely clean and comfortable room. Added bonus of a private terrace where we had breakfast which was delicious. Nice roof terrace. Great staff/hospitality.

Cons: Was expecting a hot tub/jacuzzi as described on booking.com but there wasn’t one on site.

Absolutely wonderful experience!

Pros: Absolutely incredible and amazing experience. The staff here were second to none! Right from the moment of arrival I was met by a member of staff who brought me straight to the Riad as it couldn’t be reached by a taxi as it’s down a little alleyway. The Riad is just a 3 minute walk from the main square. At all times I felt completely safe as a solo female traveller. Even one morning when I had to leave early for a day trip the staff were up early to pack me a takeaway breakfast before I left for my trip as I was leaving before 7am. I highly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Marrakech and I have already recommended this place to friends who will be going to Marrakech next year. I am planning another trip to here again soon and I will absolutely stay again!

Cons: It could be a little noisy at times with people coming in and out but I had ear plugs so this helped!

Pros: Actually stayed in Riad 11 close by. Extremely helpful and attentive staff. Really went beyond what would normally expect. Amazing breakfast. Very clean. Cool rooms around leafy courtyard and easy walk to square.

Cons: Not at all easy to find. Needs signage. Riad 11 seemed nicer than Riad 10.

Pros: The workers were fantastic and hosted us with a very nice and relaxing environment. Always available and helpful to share the information about the city.

Pros: Beautiful, comfortable rooms, delicious food and wonderful, friendly staff. Great location.

Our favorite place in Marrakesh!

Pros: A small Riat, only 5 rooms. It is beautiful, new, clean and has friendly stuff. We have come back here and felt very comfortable.
