Amazing experience in the heart of Marrakesh Medina

Pros: What an amazing and unusual place this Riad is! From a hardly noticeable door in a small street right off a busy medina you get into a tranquility and beauty of previous centuries! All staff is friendly and helpful, always there for you whatever you need: advises on the tours and places to see and eat in, small requests, etc.. room is very comfortable, beds are amazing! You can easily regulate temperature inside, even when it’s cold in Riad itself. All attractions of Marrakesh are just a short walk away - or a cheap taxi.

Cons: Inward-facing windows make you exposed to any noise in the courtyard, you might need earplugs to sleep if you go to bed earlier than 11-12 at night, and want to sleep past 8 am. It’s not a big thing, but one needs to be ready for that. We did face a no-hot-water issue in our last day due too many people getting ready in the morning at the same time (group of 20 people, which is rare). Might need to be mindful about getting your show as early as possible. Check in/check out times on Bookjng.com are misleading, as they only mean - if there is an opportunity. Official check -in - post 15:00, but we were lucky to get in around 1 pm. Was uncomfortable on departure, as we were expecting to vacate the room at 15:00, as per Booking.com information, but were told to do that by 11 am. Yes, you can sit in the lobby and keep your stuff there, but I’d prefer to know that in advance.

Pros: Everything was great! The riad is situated close to many places of interest. When you enter the door you find yourself in a real palace! Everything looks so beautiful! The breakfast were splendid but soo big! :) All the staff was really friendly and helpful with all our questions! Big thanks to Meryem for a very warm meeting! 🥰

Cons: The rooms were a bit dark, but as we came there only to sleep that really was not a problem

Pros: A nice, small hotel in the heart of Marrakech, perfect for exploring the medina. We had to leave before breakfast time, but they kindly packed a to-go breakfast for us.

Cons: Driving to the hotel and parking in the nearby lot was a bit stressful for someone coming from Europe.

The riad is highly recommended

Pros: We were in a great room, only the water pressure in the shower was unfortunately very weak otherwise everything was great.

Running in Marrakesh

Pros: Located very well for all sights. Breakfast simple Moroccan style but very good

Cons: Street located on was a little rough. Also, whilst it did not present an issue we would have preferred to have a front door key rather than knock when we returned. Our room was over the front door so we were disturbed quite often when other guests returned

Pros: The property is in a great location, two minutes walking to El Badi palace and close to many amenities. The room is spacious, clean, the bed is comfy and the bathroom is great. I would 100% recommend!!!

Cons: This is such a small thing but ended up bringing a very bad experience: you get no key for the outside door to the building. You are expected to KNOCK the main door and wait for someone to open. One night we decided to go for some drinks at the main square, I told the guy in reception and I arrived at 1 a.m. I was knocking for over 20 min , phoned the reception (without answer) and desperate I gave a loud knock that I bet woke up the whole neighbourhood (sorry to those that I most certainly woke up). I felt honestly unsafe that I could have been left to sleep outside.

Pros: The place has a great location, the decor is very authentic, the staff is super nice, flexible and helpful, the place is clean and the rooftop terrace is very cozy

Cons: There was no window, the streets were a bit noisy and the breakfast was a bit small and too sweet for my taste. (Mostly jams, Nutella, honey was offered with local bread)

Good rain for reasonable price

Pros: Very clean and cozy Riad with small but beautiful place on a roof.

Cons: We were with two kids and we cannot sleep all in on roof. Rules allowed only 3 persons per room. Sound proof not so good.
