Pros: This was honestly the most beautiful accommodation I have ever stayed in, a true palace. The hospitality and welcome were exceptional. We even received a room with a direct view of the pool as the reception kindly upgraded us, which we really appreciated. The food prepared by their chef was also very delicious.

Cons: Although we gave a very high score, the location of the riad is not in the cleanest area and the smells in the surroundings can be quite strong. However, we truly enjoyed the stay and tried to overlook this aspect.

A beautiful and relaxing oasis

Pros: Great location, about 15-30 minutes walk to most of the places to see in and around the Medina and all the souks. The breakfast on the terrace was excellent and the staff super nice. The in-house Hammam was very relaxing. It’s a beautiful riad with a pool.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this riad.

Pros: We were very satisfied with our stay at this riad. The location is excellent — approximately a 10-minute walk to Ben Youssef Madrasa and about 10 minutes to the souk, which made it very convenient for exploring the city. The riad was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There was always someone at the reception 24/7, which made us feel secure. We especially appreciated that we were able to park our car directly in front of the riad, and thanks to the constant presence of staff, it felt safe.

Cons: However, as a group of five girls, we did not always feel entirely comfortable in the surrounding area outside the riad. That said, we understand that many riads are located in similar areas within the medina.

Stunningly beautiful Riad with exceptional staff

Pros: This is a beautifully restored property with all modern conveniences. It’s an oasis of calm in a busy city where one can relax and enjoy all this wonderful Riad has to offer. The staff is exceptional, service oriented, professional, friendly and helpful

Cons: The area around the property is less inviting but safe and an easy walk to all the main attractions of Marrakech

Beautiful riad with helpful staff and stylish interiors

Pros: Great architectural design, the pool, and room interiors, as well as the rooftop. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Cons: The location and neighborhood were horrible- the smell of the tannery don’t make the interior space enjoyable.

Pros: Beautiful Riad, very clean and comfortable with lovely, helpful staff. Everything was so pretty and well cared for. Wonderful food - homemade bread and juices for breakfast. Easy walking distance through local area to main sites. Lovely terrace for winter sun.

Cons: A little cold at breakfast despite heaters.
