Wonderful place, wonderful staff

Pros: Very clean, you have all you need inside. Nice to use the pool after a long day in the hot weather of Marrakech. Friendly staff, coming each morning to prepare a delicious breakfast and making sure you have everything you need. A+++ for the staff that will help with anything and tell you all the tips you need for a good stay in the city.

Pros: Our stay at Riad Babmoon was simply wonderful. The structure is welcoming, well-kept and immersed in the magic of Marrakech, but the real added value was Elhoussain, an empathetic, kind, helpful person who is always attentive to every detail. Every morning with Nezha, he pampered us with delicious and varied breakfasts, prepared with care and a genuine smile. The magic of his voice accompanied us in a delicious dinner prepared by them. He supported us with precious advice, helping us to experience the city in an authentic and serene way. Thank you Hussein for your discreet but fundamental presence: you made our experience special.

Fantastic.

Pros: Breakfasts were good with lots of local breads and pastries and eggs. Freshly pressed orange juice, water, tea coffee etc. They shopped for fresh items each day and cooked an excellent meal for us on the first evening. They introduced us to an excellent off-line mapping app which was far better than google etc. for navigating by foot in the medina and souks. They also gave very useful sightseeing and restaurant recommendations and highlighted the locations within the app. We had a late flight home and they were happy for us to stay much later than the check out time. The pool, although a little small for serious swimming was clean, refreshing and cool in the heat of the day.

Pros: Riad Babmoon is an enchanting blend of traditional Moroccan charm and modern comforts. Very close to the vibrant medina, but with a serene atmosphere providing a perfect escape from the bustling streets. The décor is stunning, with intricate tilework, cosy courtyards, and elegantly furnished rooms reflecting authentic Moroccan craftsmanship. The hosts were exceptionally welcoming, providing attentive service and Houssine provided us with helpful local tips. We enjoyed a delicious traditional breakfast downstairs but we could also have had it on the rooftop terrace. Riad Babmoon was Ideal for us and anyone seeking an authentic and relaxing Marrakesh experience, would not be disappointed!

Lovely Riad, great location and amazing host (Houssine).

Pros: Beautiful property and excellent location within the medina. Great terrace with plenty of seating areas both in the sun and covered. All the rooms had their own bathrooms with toiletries provided. Our host Houssine was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. He helped us to organise a number of trips. Housekeeper was good and welcoming.

Cons: Breakfast variety could be improved to include yoghurt and eggs, to balance out the sugary options.

Had a great time but take note; I’d never book it again at this time of year

Pros: It was very beautiful; all 5 rooms were wonderful; large beds even though some of the mattresses were rock hard. The roof terrace was amazing and the finishes and design super! Rita was amazing! Kind, positive and cheerful; happy to engage and really looked after us! Hussaine,forgive the spelling, was a joy! Picking us up, helping us with choices, advice ; always on hand. One night he came and played the guitar, sang Arab folk songs and stories to go with it; very special to us! Regards, Marianne

Cons: So cold! In the bedrooms fine but breakfast around the table when it’s just 6 degrees is a bit of a trial; we took to closing the roof awning to try and preserve a bit of heat and ate with our coats on; needless to say we couldn’t use the pool; a thick curtain for the loungie nook and some sort of heating down stairs would be great and heat the pool during the winter. Also, where the bathroom is small, do create some kind of screen; easily achieved but it would prevent the rest of the bathroom getting soaked including guest’s belongings. Regards, Marianne

Exclusive use of beautiful Riad in the centre of Marrakech

Pros: It's a really beautiful private Riad off the main streets in the centre of the Medina, so very central and close to everything but still quiet. Houssine is your insider to Marrakech, and gave us a very warm welcome and was always available and responsive via WhatsApp for tips. We were only two people so had 5 bedrooms & bathrooms to ourselves. It was December so a bit too cold to use the pool, but it looked inviting. The terrace is huge and the roof of the Riad opens up so I imagine it would be great when it's warmer. Ghita the cook and cleaner is available to come to the Riad every morning to make breakfast and tidy and is very friendly. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

Pros: Un lujo tener a una persona que cocine el desayuno a diario para tí: tortitas y panes típicos con mermeladas, queso y café con leche. Adorable

Cons: No hubo nada negativo pero si pudiéramos pedir, pediriamos poder climatizar la piscina para aprovecharla más en invierno, pero por lo general, nada más. A lo mejor, más luz en los baños. Espacio privado, terraza preciosa, zona segura, habitaciones enormes con camas cómodas, climatización ideal.
