Riad El Khaeir - Piscine

Absolutely Amazing!!!

Pros: Riad El Khaeir is the most magical Riad ever! I truly loved every day of my stay 🤍 I just felt so warm and comfortable with the friendliness of the staff, I am truly grateful for that! Everything is super clean and there is fully everything you need for a comfortable stay! The breakfast is also really nice 😊 If you’re looking for an awesome place to stay in Marrakech, then you’ve found the right place :)

Pros: The staff, especially the young guy who helped us with all our resquests. The dinner and the breakfast were probably the best we had in Marrakesh.

Cons: The location is bit far from the center, but the biggest problem was the payment. If you want to pay by card you have adf 10%. And once I paid the conversion was not done correctly and I paid more than the booking price

Great stay at calm and lovely Riad in Kasbah

Pros: Beautiful decorated, cosy Riad. Excellent location at the southern border of the Kasbah district, where it is not so noisy and crowded. Sophie and her staff do everything to comfy your stay. Delicious food offered. Breakfast and dinner are served at the rooftop where also a small pool is located, perfect to relax after a exciting day at the souks, museums and other great places in Marrakech. The Riad is a good base to explore the city. Walking time to jemaa el fna (big place) is approx. 20-25 min. We did all sightseeing by foot. We also ejoyed a Hammam and massage session in the Riad during our stay.

Cons: Be aware that the Riad is not accessible by car. The last 50m you have to walk as the street leading to the Riad is really narrow.

A little oasis in the busy Medina, with helpful staff and comfortable lodgings.

Pros: The riad was very comfortable and well located in the Medina. The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to help us get around. The rooftop area had wonderful views of the city. Can highly recommend

Enjoyable stay

Pros: Good breakfast offering delicious Moroccan breads and homemade yogurt.

Cons: Our room was often noisy due to being under the pool pump. Lack of information on what to do at the riad.

Pros: Nice small cosy riad, pool on top is a plus when it’s too hot Stuff very welcoming, answered to all the questions and helped whenever needed Totally would recommend this place to friends :)

Cons: Location is a bit far from Medina, but I didn’t see it as a problem for me it’s nice to have a walk and mostly even better this way - more quite, away from main square mess ;)

Pros: The staff were very friendly and attentive, with the hotelier giving me a lift to the other side of town when it was raining. The hotel smelled beautiful all the time and the Hammam was a special treat and really relaxing. My room was stunning, a little sanctuary of paradise, with a beautiful bathroom. I would like to install something similar in my house! I loved the attention to detail they put into the welcome teas and little cakes. I felt very safe in the area and it was nice to be just off the hustle and bustle.

Cons: I found the mattresses very hard for what I'm used to. I had also thought the pool was going to be bigger from the photos on the website.

Nice Riad to stay

Pros: Staff is very nice amd the riad is at a good location. I especially welcome the woke mindset and diversity.

Cons: Breakfast could have more variaty like cereals, milk, cheese, cold cuts etc. The bed is a bit hard. Toilet is not separated from the room so you can hear your wife / husband shitting.

Incredible stay at Riad el Khaeir, 100% would recommend!!

Pros: I have stayed in many different riads with very different price points but riad El Khaeir is without a doubt one of my favorites so far. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, the riad is so well kept and clean. As a Moroccan, I can tell the breakfast and food served in the restaurant is incredibly authentic and delicious. The location of the riad is perfect, it’s next to a big road where cars can drop you off and pick you up so there is no hassle to get there with your luggage which is very often the case with other riads. Overall 10/10 would recommend and will certainly be back in the future!!

Cons: Very small suggestion for improvement: the massage room is quite small and the massage table does not have a proper head rest which made the massage a bit less comfortable.

Perfect location, and incredible staff

Pros: All the facilities were excellent, and particular note should be taken of the wonderful cleanliness throughout. Daily turn down of beds, towels etc, superb. Both assistant managers who facilitate the daily and nightly running of the Riad are exceptional! Nothing is too much trouble and they are extremely knowledgeable, providing you with everything that you need. Service at breakfast time was absolutely perfect. Room service was delicious and efficient. Both young men are a credit to their employer.

Cons: Just one thing I’m afraid. Every morning about 7 am somebody would start to prepare the terrace for breakfast and it just woke me up every morning. Maybe wearing lighter shoes would alleviate this problem totally.
